I know it's funny to say this but I'm certain that those who are rich and feeling rich are going to treat fiat as a 'currency of the poor'. There will be famous celebrities that are going to have the 'ew' or 'yuck' feeling in their posts,  when they just saw a glimpse of it and that is when cryptocurrencies mass adoption is on full mode.

Fiat currencies will continue to exist. Not everyone are blockchain or crypto literate to force them to use it. Also there are some countries where internet connection is not that fast. If that would really be implemented, countries with slow internet should do something about that first.

Fiat currencies will not go away just like that, obviously, it will continue to exist since there is a lot of countries that disagree with the decentralization of crypto currencies or the idea of having a digital currency as their main currency. Another thing is that they will not be able to support that kind of currency especially the third world ones.

I think that our grandmother won't use Crypto as a transaction tool. surely the fiat money will still be used again. because the old people did not know the name of technology well. so implementing crypto for everyday transactions is indeed difficult.

As long as there are financial systems in the future, money will not be obsolete. I mean banks is a business, so I doubt people from behind or even governments will simply allow FIAT to be eaten alive by crypto or at least another form of cashless society.
