Old ICO tokens earned in bounty campaigns.

i sold my shivom coins a week after distribution, its been last year if im not wrong, and its worth of good price since i join content creation campaign, im holding savedroid, velixID and Qurrex, but i still didnt find how much are the price for those coins. i think it depends on how many coins did you earned, if you earned many from each of those coins, it still has a good price rather than dot nothing from it. shivom are still run their project, and you have to follow every update from each project, so you will know exactly when to sell or hold it.

Hello, I did a big mistake and hold every coin that I earned in bounty campaign. All of them are now worthless.

Do you know about some progress/news or something that could revive these coins?

I am talking about coins that all of you know:
Thrive, Tradove, Savedroid, LHCoin, Araw, Shivom, Skyfchain, Amon, Sp8de, Qurrex, Verasity, DCC, TheKey, VelixID, 4NEW?
I bet that all of these coins were TOP in the days of token sale, the best ratings, but are they still alive with promising future?

I would be thankful for every information about these coins.

The only answer is to keep updated on the project were you got your tokens. If theres no update for almost a year then accept the fact that the token is worthless.

That is true if there is no more update from the dev team then the token is more likely to be dead. That is why for me getting involved only in bounties that I know that will have a future, as devs will continue to push the project through thick and thin. Also just accept the fact that what you have done is your fault as you should have seen that some tokens might not have a future.

I also experienced the same thing as you, and I prefer to keep holding it, and after that I prefer coins with the top rank in holding the long term.

Is I know that Shivom cannot be expected anymore. why do I think so ??, because social media, especially telegrams, are no longer accessible. and I am sure if the project in [Shivom] fails to the enter actual exchange market. but I'm still waiting, if one day the team and project management will bring a good news to owner who owns this coin.

Whenever I received ICO tokens from bounty campaigns, I just dump them right away if I think they are profitable enough and then just invest in top coins. I still have some bad coins in my wallet but I really don't mind it since I'm not thinking about the time I wasted on those bounties. To be honest, I don't think I am going to do much with those coins and I just hope for a miracle that they will reach at least $0.3.

Not all ICOs that were conducted during the market boom were sustainable and had achieved much in the way of increasing their user base and generating revenue from their ecosystem so there value stagnated during the crypto winter phase but you could check the roadmaps and telegram for updates to see if there's any promising developments

Between some coins that hold the tone I'm sure someday there will be a return and that depends on whether dev is still running on the project and the roadmap is running or it really is dead. Every person has great hopes about results and a sense of dissatisfaction

If the project is still active then one reason is they are affected by big dumped last year. If the team do not do updates on their community for almost a year then I can say that your token is not worthy hodling at all.

You forgot to take a profit when you are joining in a bounty campaign.

The strategy of some of the bounty hunters here including me is to sell a huge percentage of their reward or all of their tokens that they received so they can get their profit immediately.

My strategy is to sell around 70-80% of the tokens I got from bounty campaign and the remaining tokens will be stored in my wallet for future. I think the best thing to do is to update every coin you got but with those many coins, I don't think you have the diligence to do it especially when the coin is not active anymore.

You're not alone here, I have a long list of tokens in my wallet that are considered as shitcoins, there's nothing we can do about them but wait for it to have liquidity, who knows one day a whale will pump this coin or there will a new dev to takeover a new project.

Before all of that happens you must pray that those coins you have will get listed on any exchange .  like you i do also have lots of tokens on my purse and some of them are not yet listed  . whats shocking is that im holding this coins for more than two years now . shall i consider them dead ? I think their owner have already forgotten them  . btw i only earnd them on an airdrop and not a bounty  .

Things like this are very unfortunate if the price when it has been distributed will experience a substantial decline. I, if after receiving, will see the market conditions first. although it's not a big result, I don't want to experience big losses in this case.

I have more than 70 coins earned from bounty campaign last year and now its not worth more than $ 3 each coin, when project or roadmap not have proggres i think those coin can be pump again even bitcoin price touch $ 10K or more..

It is a lesson learned to you now, mate. Some of the bounty hunters like you seems to sell their reward token once they received it. Though, I suggest that you do the same. Since I've witnessed  so many scenarios like this. The reward token they are holding mostly are being costless and being undervalued. To tell you the truth, I am not familiar with all the coins you are hodling. If they are still existed in some exchanges, sell them and buy something else.

if the team is good, I think it all depends on how the market can judge the project is feasible or not. because now if you see a lot of bounty tokens that can grow a lot after falling. because after being registered in exchange, it turns out the team cannot build an existing market.

You can post in the Currency Exchange section and try your luck. Usually, every few weeks or months there used to be people who are offering to buy non-listed erc20 tokens that had 0 value. They would pay low of course in the hopes to get the tokens for very cheap and sell them when they are worth a lot of money in the future.

I have heard it and there are several telegram groups that we can use to sell assets that we have in our wallet. but maybe only assets that have small value or assets that have not been registered in exchange. I don't know why they buy assets like that, even though the price is cheap, I don't think there will be a big change in the future for assets that don't have an update.

I'm sorry if all the tokens you got from bounty are worthless now. As I have said in previous posts, bounty hunting in 2018-19 is really a big gamble on your part, because you don't know when the tokens will have value or even if the project will be successful.

That's a gamble if you just focus on bounty hunting as your source of income, but if you do it for fun and don't spend a lot of time to it, it's alright not seeing it grow now as you just have yourself a great investment already, this is for the future, and if we are lucky, we might enjoy this in the future.

It's also important to follow the updates of the tokens despite it's almost worthless now, that way you'll do the right thing to do especially when there is a token swap which would lead your holding to real worthless.

Following updates on each and every one of these coins can really be a difficult task, usually I use blockfolio to gather all my investments to be able to monitor them , but I still realized that we don’t have so many of the coins I am holding in blockfolio, and with all the tight schedules one has, it makes it difficult, which is why I have limited my investment to few coins, I have had some coins that I missed out in their pump and couldn’t get to know about it till the price fell back below ICO and I am not sure they will ever rise again.

These coins you mentioned, I just hope that they will be good for long term investment, because most of the coins we have now are just there for short term purpose.
