I see in general rules said i need to follow Facebook and Twitter but what if I don’t have Facebook and Twitter account? Is it obligatory to create and follow?

I don’t think so. I think it’s just to get more auditory Maybe, but notice, they have Instagram and LinkedIn accounts and didn’t ask to join them, just Facebook and Twitter |
