Hiway is creating a platform where the employee and the employer would meet. Just like in the case of fiver, task would be open to the public and persons who intend to carry out this task would make their interest known. The concept is very similar to the traditional job hunting platforms, but with more flexibility and efficiency.

You're absolutely right, AMAs are a good way to talk to the community and address the fears within, communication is an essential part of the growth of any brand, where there's no communication, the brand is destined to fail, so they should cultivate a way of periodically hosting AMAs and carry everyone along with the development of the project

Hiway being a freelance platform which is powered by a smart contract could do better than other platforms like Fiverr and upwork. Also, users would have no problems with payments as everyone gets paid at once the work is done.

We just have to wait and see, Fiverr and upwork are authority sites but lately, fiverr has been getting some negative reviews as a result of bad delivery due to the site been open to all without strict procedures, unlike upwork that re-branded few years and became much more strict, so its all about getting the right people to deliver good services to users of the platform

Let's hope that incoming projects learn from the mistakes of previously failed projects and get to work to fulfil the aspirations of the community instead of getting carried away by their erstwhile success on reaching the softcap and squandering the project funds on personal needs.
