By best, I mean good in any way like reliability, speed, convenience.
Sometimes an escrow may be the best way.
But then there are OTC markets.
They don't seem to show up on coinmarketcaps. (they do have rankings for exchanges)
And "easy to find" is another "good" thing about them.

A p2p trade would always be the best way if you're fleeing from exchanges KYC. And yes, using an escrow in the forum would always be recommended unless the person you're dealing with is trustworthy or you are confident of not hiring an escrow anymore. Now, in the altcoin market, small cap market, are there such brokers that let themselves be known to you? KYB Sorry but I'm not knowledgeable with such brokers that are into altcoin market and focusing with small cap market. The very reason why you're looking for this is just not to comply with KYC? If you are into small market cap altcoins, you may see it through different exchanges that don't require KYC. But why is it that you are interested with that kind of market. They seem to be risky because volume can actually be manipulated or almost they have no volume at all. |

If you want to start trading in exchanges mostly you can see the KYC verification on such sites. Most of the people does not know what is the how to handle the trade with the KYC and what is limitation for with and without KYC things.
Or you directly trading from this forum or anywhere. kindly use any trusted escrow to deal the while handle the trade with someone.

Look into SwitchDex.ag it's the DEX version of Switch.ag, possible the closest exchange to the definition of a true DEX. Highly Recommended. |

For crypto currencies that use paired BTC or other you can use BitShares ( https://wallet.bitshares.org) The exchanger also does not require KYC to be able to trade. |

Binance all fits your criteria: reliability, speed, convenience. You only need Level1 KYC if you are trading less than 2 BTC. And level 1 doesn't require any documentation from the user. |

Binance all fits your criteria: reliability, speed, convenience. You only need Level1 KYC if you are trading less than 2 BTC. And level 1 doesn't require any documentation from the user. This is great if true. Thanks. |

He will go to binance. Why? It's nice site and you even trade and withdraw even though you didn't submit your KYC (2 btc as daily limit). You only need Level1 KYC if you are trading less than 2 BTC.
AFAIK, the limit of 2 btc is daily limit for your withdrawal, not about how big your trade |

You can trade almost most of the exchange without KYC, it's needed only for trading big amount. I have been trading in several exchanges without KYC and faced no problem till date.
However you can't trade on bittrex if you didn't do KYC. You will have 0 btc withdraw limit if you don't do KYC on there |
