Personally, I don't use Google. I use alternatives. And perhaps the usage of alternatives is much higher on BitcoinTalk. Irrespective, Google rankings are what ultimately matter the most since its the vast majority of web traffic. Most devices automatically default to Google or other major brands and most people never switch from that.

Everyone always needs promotion, to say otherwise would be incorrect. But the value that we were receiving from the signature campaign was relatively limited. By comparison, for example, offering the MintRain promotion on our website has probably driven more traffic for the smallest cost to us as a website to date, far more than the signature campaign. That's not to say a signature campaign or other marketing tools aren't helpful, many can be and many others are still used to this day. It just depends on what we feel is best given various situations.

On the bright side, with the previous signature campaign, you guys can "earn" respect and support from the community if your products are good. Your slot game is what I remember the most since it's nice (not because it's the only game I play lol), thus if someone asks me what provably fair slots worth playing? Mintdice is one of them (and the most underrated one).

Yep, there's no arguing with that because I agree, primedice and justdice should deserve higher spots on rankings as they've been great products that have been around for forever, but we'll slowly claw our way forward. First, thanks a lot for the compliments! We've had some pretty good action the past week as well. 2.0 is still coming along, we're playing with the staging environment right now so it's on it's well on it's way. I may be able to share some pictures in a week or two.

As far as search engines, people will have their various reasons, personally I've not been a big fan of Google because their algorithm is rigged towards their biases, be that corporate, political or other. A good example of this was Bitcoin/crypto related searches a few years ago were changed from formerly agnostic to favoring mega corporations like CNN/Fox and away from the standard crypto players like Coindesk. I'd rather a search engine simply search for the most useful topic than their agendas. Traditionally, Google always used to give what it felt was the best search result, but that has been less the case each passing year.

I feel like nobody should really be too much attached to any type of online website because usually newer version comes, it may take time but I feel like it always comes. For example facebook is a huge corporation but the facebook main website doesn't seem to be as popular as it used to be, so instead facebook bought instagram which is the new thing.

Google is not doing as well as it used to as you said, they are getting dangerously political as well, so I am assuming that with all these facebook and google and others becoming like that (and twitter correcting trump lol) there will be a moment when they will be regulated a lot harder and we will see other companies who are freer and better and not really screwing towards their own biases getting a lot more popular. Slots will get a buff with a progressive slot machine feature and free spin mechanisms, but that will happen after a lot of other things which include finishing 2.0 / adding the new games and getting our rewards program rolled out. Theoretically, this whole upgraded slot system is already designed, it just needs proper implementation which isn't at the top of our development list right now. So it will come, eventually. The cool thing we developed is that there is a real chance that the progressive jackpot can become big enough on about 10% of occasions to make gamblers money as they chase the final jackpot which could lead to a fun mad dash. It has been under construction by multiple people for over a year. It is a huge project. It will completely change the way MintDice looks. Things it will do:

- Fully integrated web pages (everything becomes more cohesive around the entire website)
- Upgraded front page, FAQ, blog, and others
- Full mobile compatibility (presently only dice works on mobile)
- The layout for the implementation of all our newly developed games. (Currently we have 4 games (3 casino games / 1 pvp game). We are adding, in stages, 3 more games (1 casino game / 2 pvp games) + a sportsbook following the 2.0 release). It's a scalable platform so as we want to add new games it will become faster. The more successful MintDice becomes the more we can offer on top of all of that ultimately.
- Upgraded front-end for various graphical interfaces, most notably Plinko will run much faster/smoother since our 3-D.
- Upgraded systems to allow deployment of other features, such as our VIP rewards program (this will offer, retroactively as well, both in-site rewards and cash rewards) and other such entities post release.


As far as your question about new coins, that has always been a plan, at some point post both the release and rewards program and other such things, we will add in some of the top coins to MintDice, such as ETH and others, but they aren't coming any time soon. But we are looking forward to that nonetheless to give both investors and gamblers more options.
