It is not very practical for anybody with this offer honestly. No one would sell for exchange rates if you are in India, because the BTC/INR is mutualy inclusive with INR/USD Pair, thats why the big difference in price.

Face to face deal = cash, I guess.. or through escrow = who is there from India who is a trustable escrow ??. Even benson who was past mod ranaway with funds.

Who is going to provide the escrow if you are to deal with people outside India? I think it will be advisable to use the service of Remitano and Local Bitcoin if they are available in your country. That will protect both of you and you will exchange safely.
