Maybe don't show subforum moderator names on every page when logged out?

Using google to search bitcointalk for anything involving the name of any subforum moderator is pretty much useless because *all* the pages have the moderators listed on them.

A simple fix would be to leave these off of the page views rendered for logged out users.

Alternatively, just leaving them off the threads themselves for everone would also work and probably wouldn't reduce access to figuring out who the relevant mods were by much.
