50,000 physical stamps
100,000 NFTs
£6.95 per stamp and £2.50 p&p per order
Crypto payment accepted too.
Released on 17th May, pre order from 19th April

It seems that you’ll have 8 weeks to claim the NFT counterpart , then the NFTs will go on general sale if not claimed ?
2 NFTs per physical stamp with 5 levels of scarcity - common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare and mythic rare and slightly confusingly there will be 22 individual images of Gibraltar and 2 mythic NFTs.
Unfortunately no images yet ??

Still trying to work it out ? I believe if you have 1 physical stamp , you then have 8 weeks to collect that stamp’s associated 2 NFTs  . If you don’t collect the NFTs, someone else can claim them ?

this seems too complicated - with the chance of not being able to claim them in time - what if gas prices are outrageous? we then lose the nft because we possible dont want to or cannot afford the gas prices?

The stamps can be pre-ordered as from April 19 and will feature a special QR code that will allow buyers to purchase two digital collectable designs known as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Buyers of the Gibraltar Crypto Stamp will be first able to purchase an NFT collectible counterpart, with an exclusivity period of eight weeks prior to general release of the NFT, slated for around mid-July 2021. "

For buyers of the physical stamp packs, it will be luck of the draw with the chance of collecting “common, uncommon, rare, ultra-rare and mythic rare” NFTs, each linked to a physical stamp pack.

The thing with these collections is that there should be a limit per person. I've still never touched my hands on this crypto stamps though I have a whole stamp collection... This one is the first that I'm actually really interested in, hope to snatch some myself.

Please note that the prices for the NFT counterpart to the Cryptocurrency Stamp will be denominated in cryptocurrency and will be sold separately.

Is it only gas fees (which might be outrages) or will we be charged an additional amount depending on how rare the NFT is?

So, I decided to continue in making some different flavored stamps...I really do not like QR codes on stamps so I went with the raw data or alphanumeric text instead for the newer stamps..which I feel look more like the real vintage stamps of old. Yep..cold me olf fashioned...I am there or headed that way  
 
   I have also changed from regular paper inside the envelope to placing water proof paper in all the new stamp envelopes and from 21 and up for the QR code stamps.

The Gibraltar Crypto Stamps NFTs I believe- I hope will be on WAX - this old press release mentions atomicHub - a WAX NFT marketplace . So no crazy tx fees  hopefully

One of the Crypto Stamp developers (Andreas Petersson) has just posted the following information in the German Telegram group. It refers to the current transactions, the CS2 and the upcoming CS3.

Abgesehen davon würde ich empfehlen zuzuwarten, was mit CS3 alles released wird in den kommenden Wochen. insbesondere alle Transaktionen welche onchain stattfinden werden interessante alternativen haben.

Apart from that I would recommend to wait and see what will be released with CS3 in the coming weeks. especially all transactions which take place onchain will have interesting alternatives.

Yep, from what I've read I'm also pretty sure one of the new motifs is a whale. We'll know more in a few days, I guess.
