ICO sales of Gram tokens, crypto made from the most popular messaging application in the world, Telegram, will finally be released to the public, after almost one year of its personal ICO for accredited investors.
According to a press release made on June 11, it was confirmed that limited sales of Gram tokens would be held on the Liquid exchange starting July 10. It was also reported that full sales are scheduled to occur in October. Price of tokens and sales limits have not been announced to the public.
In February and March 2018, Telegram held a two-phase ICO for Gram to fund the Open Telegram Network (TON) project, which managed to raise $ 1.7 billion. It was believed at the time that sales would not have a public phase, but now sales will be made public by Gram Asia based in Korea, the largest Gram-holding organization.
The Liquid website describes the company as a "trusted partner" Telegram.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

But the problem is when verification needs a lot of time. I have been doing it and it takes a few weeks for me to be verified. What makes me feel curious to know about what will be the next hardcap for upcoming tokensale. i guess this must be even bigger than EOS. |

This is like another attempt to raise the dough by hamsters. Many projects, finishing the ICO (with different success), organize an IEO.
I hope this project will not be a big scam.

But the problem is when verification needs a lot of time. I have been doing it and it takes a few weeks for me to be verified. It only took 2 or 3 days to verify my account. I don't remember exactly. But that was back in February. Perhaps at the moment the excitement in connection with the upcoming sale of GRAM tokens, and therefore account verification takes more time. |

What they did to that $1.7-B collected last year? I thought that TON was the project that successful made its sale before but now they are conducting it through Gram Asia. I'm confused with this.
To the potential investors, I guess this will be as fast as the first IEO done because it's telegram. And I hope that after the IEO, they'll do something for their token because I'm not impressed with them although they made billions.

First, I hope you also include the source of this information.
Second, this is a good news for the crypto space as this is a big project, I thought this would happen in Binance but good that they also give chance other exchange. I am not fan of liquid exchange actually but I believe with this sale which I think would be sold out also, that would help the site to be recognize.

Many investors will actually jump on this and try to bought this gram tokens as fast as possible and it will push the price upward. I think the right thing to do is to buy many quantities as one can afford because it will be sold out in no time. It is better to open account with this liquid exchange and actually verified the account before the commencement of sales. May the blessings of cryptocurrencies be with us on this. |

I'm not keen on this, it feels like the EOS never-ending ICO again. Surely they already have all the money they need for the project?
If they really can't fund the project with the $1.7 billion they've already raised, then they are beyond useless.
If they can fund it, then there is absolutely no need to raise further funds.
I hate these things that don't have a sensible hardcap. This is just pure money-grabbing.
