so this is actually like a strategy from the respective gambling site to create fake reputation for them by convincing the players by using the statement that theymos even playing on our site.

This site actually claimed anywhere like I mentioned above? If yes then DT action needed. Cheesy

They didn't claim anything, we don't need a DT here, OP just brought this because account name is Theymos and this has been already answered by Theymos itself that it was not him. Anyone can make a name like that in any gambling site as long as it's not taken yet, just don't believe easily.

The hell, I never expect that this can have a good  discussion. Here are some of my key points to why would theymos will not do it.
If am not theymos, I will surely not going to used the same identity if I would gamble. Plus we can't just simply assume every time we find some famous names on the user names. What if that certain site will also have bill gates lol

That's not me. I don't gamble.

The only sites where I use the name "theymos" actively are bitcointalk.org, Reddit, and github. Anywhere else and it's probably not me.

This statement from theymos itself should answer all concerns. But you know guys, even the gambler is really him, I don't found it surprising since he's human after all.

But damn that was a certified high roller that can really lead us to think that the person behind does have a big name. Shocked

Since already confirmed, OP can now close the thread.

Cheesy guess this means you're famous
