I have sorted to participating in bounties that are already on exchange sites. Imagine taking part in bounties and the tokens never hit an exchange. I also look at the reward allocated to each session of the bounty.

it is annoying that a project will conduct bounty, hold back the rewards meant for bounty or lock up tokens paid to bounty hunters but suddenly release it before to schedule period when it is obvious that project is sinking down. i wonder what his plans was to release a token that has no value to hunters to do what. later most bounty managers will still believe that hunters are responsible for dump.
