It will be much better if the exchange description to be shown fully informative to attract partner-investor as OP look for as currently there are lot of new crypto exchanges are built. Other thing is highlighting the benefits and advantages of the crypto exchange to be built, compared to other popular crypto exchanges.

Update: Its already 5 threads 

This is the most dumb way on asking out a partner-investor where it doesnt represent something interesting into his exchange
but instead he do require for them to contact on telegram.It would be more appealing if op just put some little effort on giving out some flowery
features about the exchange for people to get interested but somehow exchange market is already saturated which means competition would be hard.

Do you think doing things like that will get you an investor? people want guarantees, confidence and security and doing things visible to the public will show that you have nothing to hide and show seriousness and commitment. for example:

You could have started by introducing yourself:

- say your real name, where you live and what you do in your life; (show your social networks, people will research if you are real)

- how many people are currently involved with the project

- What has been done so far in the project

if people are interested in your project then you and they can talk by PM or telegram

A crypto exchanges running and hosted under namecheap.com? If that is really the crypto exchange OP is talking about then it's already alarming the Scam alarm on my head. How could an exchange be running smoothly under a cheap and unreliable hosting service? Op might just be probably looking for investors to scam them on his wannabe exchange that is why their main mode of communication is through tg only, I even doubt that there is really active trades going on in their exchange.

This domain is registered on Namecheap, not hosted there. Namecheap, even if his name suggests that they cheap, is one of the best-reputed company in the domaining business.
