Bear market is bad for those who have been hodling coins and looking to gain profits from because they arw not only losing profits they might actually loss all of their investments by not making any once the market rise back and good for those who are looking for an easy way to gain profit as they will just wait to the bull run to come and there a ROI. And I think most of the projects that conducted bounty campaigns are actually not exploiting the bear market to lock, or make an installment distributions. Excluding the fact that bear market is good for those who wants to invest in coins ,buy at cheaper rate with more quantity ,Many hate bear market because there coins lose value but here are some facts you should know

The delays from ICO projects either bounty rewards or getting listed on exchanges are mostly because of market condition ,all these projects are hoping for a better market surge so has to make higher profits just like 2017 ,either the project  has funds or not ,softcap or hardcap raised successful there will still be some delays, you will even see projects putting locks on bounty rewards ,some for six months or more.

If bitcoin hits 30k tomorrow and ETH turned over 1500$ you will see all this projects rushing to exchanges ,releasing locked tokens ,no matter how bad the project is, it will still be profitable,this makes me feel that all this projects have nothing to offer ,they are here for gains ,some short gains and others long term huge gains.

THE FACT IS BEAR MARKET GIVE BIRTH TO VERY GOOD PROJECTS WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT ,KUDOS TO ALL THE PROJECTS THAT GOT RELEASED IN BEAR MARKET AND STILL CONTINUE WITH THERE ROADMAP AND GET LISTED WITH NO DELAY,IT MEANS THEY MEAN BUSINESS, it means they are here to deliver at best ,market condition doesn't worry them and they believe that there working product will do the rest.

I do believe also that bear market is not bad at all in fact this is the right opportunity to buy cheaper coins so that as the uptrend or bullish market comes it will be a big profit for all of us. These two sides of the market have their own advantages and disadvantages that is why we need to learn how to adopt.
Those project that successfully manages through this bear side of the market is really good and a firm one, because there are only a few projects can enlist their coin in platform exchanges.

Personally, I react very badly to the poor state of the cryptocurrency market only because at the moment in my life there is such a situation that the cryptocurrency market is almost the only way to replenish my family budget.  Based on this, the more my assets fall in price, the less my income.  But if I had a completely different financial situation, where I would not count every dollar in my pocket, then I would make a profitable investment in the cryptocurrency for a long time and would not monthly monitor the state of the cryptocurrency market, but would leave Bitcoin bought alone  wallet for several years.

I think bear market is bad actually, especially for people who have been into crypto for a year because most of their holdings will go down. People keep ranting and worrying about bear market and they see it as a bad. As a investors we should see the bear market as an opportunity to buy a lot of potential coins, there are coins crashed and it is example of the opportunity that we should not let go. I believe the current market is good for first-time investors otherwise most of the investors are in loss due to long bearish trend and yes you are very much right if BTC hits 30k or Eth hits 1500$ most of the projects will list their coins to earn quick gains we can only imagine this right now. Bear market can be good and bad at the same time. The only problem that we face in bear market is when all of our holdings will started to go down. I do agree. Bear market is not really bad at all. It is just within the perception of the viewer if he will treat the bear market to be bad or taking it to be good due to some advantages that you can get from it just like buying high value cryptocurrency tokens into a lower price and holding them for a while. Bear market just looks awful nowadays because there are lots of people who keeps on complaining just because they do not momentarily appreciate the essence of having a bearish market. Aside from giving us the opportunity of buying cryptos at lower price, we can easily sort out good projects that are worthy for investment because despite of the downfall, they can still manage to successfully run their project which is putting aside the circumstances around it that makes it a good quality of project that we should see and get engage with. It is indeed like that done by good traders. It is impossible for us to trade while waiting for the market to be just fine, it should under any conditions be able to trade and seek profits every time that is done. Unless the market does not allow it, then don't force to trade and wait for the right time to buy it again.

i think so. but not all people agree, because they hold coin for too long, or need to cash out theirs but cant cause expensive price of the first te bought it, and they need something big move. for some people that have much profit or good fund, this is good for their profit in the future
