שלום,

ניסיתי כמה פעמים למשוך לכרטיס האשראי ונתקלתי בשגיאה, ניסיתי לפנות לתמיכה שלהם ולא קיבלתי תשובה אלא נאמר לי שמבחינתם הכל בסדר. גם חברת האשראי אמרה שאצלם הכל תקין.

מישהו נתקל בבעיה הזו?

כנראה שהבנק שלך חוסם את ההעברה.
בזמן האחרון יש בעיה עם בנק הפועלים ובנק לאומי בניסיון למשוך ולרכוש דרך כרטיס אשראי. משום מה הם מסרבים לקבל תשלומים מהבורסות.
