Conclusion: Don't believe everything you read. Especially nothing Billcrypt related.

The question is whether the developers have actually managed to raise funds.  You can specify anything on the site, but the reality is often different.  The smart contract shows that very little funds have been raised

you can look at the owner's Instagram and come to the conclusion that he is not very interested in the project.I'm just wondering how it will end,I think there will be no listing on the stock exchange.And where are all the investors?do they like to wait there for almost two years?

So, fellas, you think that this project is dead? Did you write anything to the support or manager of this project? Maybe he can give some more detailed information… If something went wrong and this project scammed he won’t even answer to you and for sure you lost the money you spent on tokens.

I think that the problem is not about that but it should be regular update is needed instead giving an old update that already outdated. that should be noted when you have investors and you must keep it update to your investors regarding what development progress is still running at this moment dude.
Investor need to make sure if the project is still having activities.

Im feeling doubt if 10 million USD was a real amount that already collected by the team. I do believe if the real result should be from the address that you have posted it dude. Remember there were lots of fake projects manipulating the result of ICOs.
As far as i know the team is not transparent about how to verify if the project already collected such amount.
That must be verified too. There will always be a classic reason to avoid such question just like it was coming from the private sale. lol

If it was really $10M collected, it should have the more faster development with such much amount, but why slow? I've seen fake project that pretend raise so much money at funding progress, the result was not good, their project goes like a snail, and dies. No matter how they will hide it, everything will feel and appear on its own.

I can't be so sure that they raised $10 million. At that time when this ICO was going, believing to cryptoprojects was very low. A lot of projects started at that time, lied about results of their ICO. So I don't think that case with Billcrypt could be different.
