Meh, the only working free/paid accelerator online that I know is viaBTC, others are fakes or rebroadcaster marketed as accelerator.

Your examples:
∙ bitaccelerate isn't an accelerator, they unintentionally self-confessed that they are using the term "accelerate" incorrectly through this message on their page:

Our service will rebroadcast the transaction via 10 Bitcoin nodes.

∙ confirmtx is probably a scam and their thread has been receiving a lot of warnings and bad experiences from users.

If you are not in a hurry just wait it out, when the mempool empties out your transaction will be confirmed. If you are in a hurry add a higher Sat/Byte fee.
And you can also use the RBF method and just increase the fees for your unconfirmed transactions anytime.
