Hello, I am offering withdrawal service via US bank account. I can pay you with Zelle (15% fee or flat fee of $10) or with BTC (15% fee or flat fee of $10 + around 10% exchange fee). This service works with PayPal. It is possible to withdraw limited PayPal account after 180 days too. I accept only clean funds from legal activity / business.

How do you determine which funds are clean and which aren't?
I mean, how do you determine whether someone has a hacked paypal account, or a legit one..? I don't think you can?

How would this even work in the first place, as you can't send directly to bank accounts in paypal, we'd have to add your bank account to our paypal account? Is that even allowed per TOS? Seems shady..?
