Crypto Tribunal is a blockchain-based initiative that’s is going to clean market from scammers and refund money to victims that was being defrauded.
But let’s discuss that broader topic. Tell your stories – what projects has stolen your money or got scammed? What did you try to return your money back?

I said before, not they. They give the platform that is very convenient for that purposes, and a law firm that can do all that returning staff. They have infrastructure but no guarantees - it’s logical.
And how they will do this??

Tbh I think it would be the most difficult to find scammer, not just a profile in FB but a real person

Personally I was scammed on 20k$ by some ICOs (tbh, not very disappointed – I made 50k$ on other ICOs), but why there are no entity that strive to solve that problem?! I don’t mean SEC, they are working on another matters and scopes.

So I hope they will succeed. My wallet hopes too.
Fortunately, all these while that there has been issues of people scamming, I have never for once been a victim and not that I don’t invest, but I didn’t just invest that much and in any how project, if it is 1 project that I invest in for 3 months, I will make sure that the project is really worth it.

To solve this issue of cryptocurrency scamming will really be a difficult thing because of its anonymity which all these scammers are using to their own advantage, and no matter the regulation, It may only reduce it to some extent but will never eliminate it, so it is something that we just have to keep living with and dealing with till we get use to filtering projects, I mean having the tactics that we will always use in eliminating bad projects that we invest in.
