BITDICE SCAM CANCELED WINNING BET

Hello

I want to tell you to watch out for bitdice sports.

If you win too much they will cancel your winning bets .


They canceled a bet with no problems other then they wanted to cancel it.

I tried to talk to them but just made a excuse that there provider cancelled a legit line.

I am one of the biggest sports bettors on the site . I have played over 1200 ltc and 45btc in less then 60 days.


And they wont payout because i am up that mostly it.

They have no reason at all. They tried to offer me .015 but they stole over .065 and when i demaneded the rest they tried to say i am blackmailing them by asking for what i am owed.

Pretty scammy theres nothing to say.

Well, it's unusual to see a scam accusation of their site. They are quite reputed and their manager that is @BoxxOb is a long time known a player on many gambling sites. Have you tried posting this issue on their thread or sending Box a PM? That should sort you out. Don't think they will fuck someone over for 0.08 BTC.

I have no opinion on this yet since your screenshot doesn't reveal anything.

Given that the bet details showed "canceled" on the profit box, it doesn't actually reveal anything from either side. I've just sent a PM to BoXXoB asking them to investigate.For now: insubstantial evidence to make a claim towards either side.

According to that screen-shot, their support said: Wager Returned. Does that mean you got your money back? Canceling bets is not really acceptable. As actmyname said we gotta wait for a response from Box and then see the whole picture.

Until Boxxob responds, I'm standing with you and I think you should be given what you earned as from the winning bet.

Did you ask them why exactly they cancelled the match?

You should post the whole conversation screenshot. There is no way to actually know what exactly happened there with your current screenshots.

And while not trying to defend them, I don’t think they would scam you for 0.06BTC. So, there should be a reason (at least stated by them even tho they are *possibly* wrong).

What happened with this bet is that it was rejected by BitDice's Sports provider and 'Rolled Back'. This means the bet wasn't actually accepted by the provider and an error message would have been showed to the user when placing the bet. We had another user report a similar occurrence and they received an error message on the site when placing their bet and asked in Support regarding it. We didn't receive any such contacts regarding this particular bet. The bet was Rolled Back and after processing, the initial wager was returned to the user.

You can see in the following screenshot from the provider which shows the bet was Rolled Back:






The user's wager was returned to them and they were also provided a bonus for the inconvenience.

Additionally, you can see from this user's history, that they have a habit of accusing every site of scamming and have accused BitDice in the past when losing a bet.

Nope they didn’t take any money from you lol The bet provider never accepted the bet so BitDice made no money from the bet regardless of the bet status. In fact, they paid you out a bonus for the hassle which should be understandable. You need to accept it and move on and don’t keep accusing them for scamming you.

This should solve the issue and I hope next time someone raises doubts on Bitdice the community waits to hear their side, as always I’m not surprised at seeing another false accusations fired at them. @Kollah it was a really nice gesture on Bitdice part to give him a bonus, but you can’t make all people happy. I have a suggestion since this issue of Rollback has happened with other users too, why not add it in the FAQ section so next time it happens the user understands it’s not Bitdice fault.

They didn’t cancel your bet their sports book provider did, this kind of software is automatic and Bitdice doesn’t have any control over it.

What happened is that they accepted a legit bet.

Theres a bet id and everything. They then claimed over 10 hours later the bet was canclled.


And yes they did steal 450.  They accepted a bet they claim that it was not accepted but there is not a single reason it would not be accpeted.


Have you people ever thought about that ? the odds where 100% legit at time of the bet many sites provide this and show it.

Even if the bet lost, your initial wager would have been returned as the bet was never accepted by the provider. BitDice could not have made any profit of the bet even if it lost.

Yeah, an update was pushed to the code which should help solve this issue and make it more clear to the user in such cases.

but you did accpet the bet you can blame it on your provider but there is a fact

you took the funds out of the balance and created a bet slip/ bet id number and everything.

When was bet "not accepted", before match started or after match ended?

What does this mean:



Does it mean that player was able to see that bet was accepted? Or?

Was wager returned to player after bet was accepted or bet was never accepted? I don't see this from your screenshot.

You got a visible error when placing the bet (same happened to someone else aswell).  We received the rollback immediately when the bet which rolled the bet back before it was actually placed. However due to an issue on our end the betslip showed up for you but still the bet amount returned to your balance (again because bet was rolled back). Whether the bet won or lost doesn't matter and it would have been rolled back either way. We acknowledge that there was an error which you were given a bonus for (about 25% of the possible profit) which we think is fair because had the bet lost you would have gotten your money back either way.

You would not be calling us a scam if the bet had lost and you received the money back.

Had there been absolutely no error at all on your end it might be a different situation.
