It looks like this project has continued to develop over time until now but it's not wrong to have a look or visit their group to find out more.

We are constantly working on improvements. We do not advertise everything. Staking is on our list, we will talk about it soon. we also are working on market making... which is working somehow right now, you can see the bot. We are waiting to have 3 tools: market making, Staking and (secret right now)
These would make keeping the coin more valuable than selling it automatically for the miners.
The main problem right now is that many miners are using our SHA256 to mine with Zplan for example which is selling automatically to Bitcoin. KYF is profitable for mining, which explains why we have a very high hash rate. This is driving the price lower, so we are kind of pedaling against the current.

The authors of Kryptofranc (KYF) a blockchain based on Bitcoin Core are announcing a new project named Franc (FRANC).

About the staking with FRANC, the price of gas from Ethereum is a problem, and we decided to do the token on TRX (Tron) which has a guaranteed low fee price for at least the next few years. Plus it is using Solidity, so the conversion to the new blockchain does not requires a lot of work.
We will post a press release when it is working.

On the development path, I have added more important info about the  KYF addresses in the block explorer https://kryptofranc.com/explorer
This is necessary for staking, now we know what address is holding how much KYF, the block explorer also display all the unspent transactions (for the technicians who are seeking complete information from the blockchain)

Last but not least, we are ready to sign all the contracts about WOK. This will guarantee the funding of the project until it is publically open for playing and testing. Jean Martial and me will be partner on this WOK project just as we were on Kryptofranc.

The idea of WOK (Wolf Online Kingdom) is very simple. Since the real world does not want to generalize use the Crypto currencies, the government are resisting using crypto and banks are still fighting to impose the fiat currencies and keep the crypto only as a speculative tool, we have decided to create a virtual world, social networking platform and game named WOK, that will be powered by our Crypto KYF and FRANC.

This will be both a new social experience, because it will be a virtual society with new economic models, and also a real economy where people can earn money, setup business and possibly make a living in this virtual world.

In January 2021 the authors of Kryptofranc (KYF) a blockchain based on Bitcoin Core published a press release announcing a new derivative project named Franc (FRANC).

Franc (FRANC) is a new altcoin smart contract that was to be programmed on the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain with Solidity 8.0.

However since that date, many problems with Ethereum and the high price of the fees (gas) - topping sometime at more than 200 USD per transaction - make it unappealing for Franc on move on this technology.

After some research, Nicolas Choukroun the programmer of Kryptofranc and Franc decided to use Tron blockchain to host the Franc project.

“We cannot do staking or use Franc as a currency for the project W.O.K if the transaction fees are too high. Tron has low transaction fees (what they call “energy”), and by doing a TRC10 type of contract, these fees are even divided by 1000, which makes every transaction almost free” said Nicolas Choukroun.

At this point of time, Tron (TRX) delivers the perfect solution.

Therefore Franc will be a TRC10 type of smart contract.

Mining KYF is an issue since a miner got berserk yesterday mining at close to 1Ph/s ! I have contacted Jean Martial Lefranc about this problem, since he is the one in charge of KYF right now, but his GMail is blocking me.
Kriss and I are mining to get some blocks. The blockchain is locked at 93 Millions Diff which cost 10 Eur / hour to mine.
I post here for legal reason, since the same Jean Martial Lefranc is now threatening me to sue me, because I will  burn the 2 Billions KYF he stole from the ONG project.

The Swap between Kryptofranc (KYF) and Franc (FRANC) will happen the 27th of March.

Every holders of Kryptofranc will receive the same amount of Franc corresponding to their balances in Kryptofranc.
The balances will be calculated the 26th March so everyone must do their transactions before this date.
The KYF in CREX24 will be swapped automatically, KYF will be delisted and FRANC will replace it.
The KYF in wallets will be manually processed by me. Here is how it will go.

- Install a Tron (TRX) wallet, like Tronlink on your Desktop or your phone.
- If possible fund your TRX wallet with 0.1 TRX to activate it. If you cannot I will send you 0.1 TRX to activate your address.
- Get your address from the receive screen.
- Do a screenshot of your KYF wallet to justify the number of KYF you are holding on that wallet. Send me this screenshot using Discord https://discord.gg/7qscn6S or another platform like Telegram https://t.me/franccrypto
- You will receive the same amount of FRANC.

Please note, that I will refer to the balance from the 26th March to verify. Do not transfer any KYF past this date.
Also all the premine from the Kryptofranc (total 3 Billions of KYF) will be burned. This does not concern the investors, these were pre-mined to be delivered through the NGO platform.
The Kryptofranc blockchain will continue to work, if someone is mining it. I will continue to support it technically, but I am no more in charge of this projets. Jean Martial Lefranc is now managing the Kryptofranc and any future development is in his hand.

FRANC is the rebirth of the money FRANC it is also the crypto currency that is running the project W.O.K, a virtual world powered by FRANC.

I just talk with CREX24, the swap will start tomorrow. But they are warning us that it will not be done in 5 minutes.

About the wallet <=> wallet operation, I will freeze the KYF balances tonight at midnight French time.
If you need to transfer KYF from CREX24 to your wallet, do it BEFORE this time!

At CREX24 your KYF will be lost. The wallet to wallet exchange will preserve your KYF and your FRANCS.
