Do you have a message from Bitpay saying they are "returning" the 0.0296 BTC to you? Huh

What the agent is saying is technically correct... the 0.0296 BTC was spent from the "1FDwL..." address to the "bc1ql..." address in txid: 9c0f064ed686539c48dfd20d7f80b9d9d1f8519e0ce14d9b5e3a9ee4e5ac06f3

The big question now, is who created that transaction? Huh

So... do you have a record of a Bitpay "agent" telling you that they sent this transaction?
BitPay send me this: 9c0f064ed686539c48dfd20d7f80b9d9d1f8519e0ce14d9b5e3a9ee4e5ac06f3

Here trhe screenshot of the support : https://imgur.com/gallery/aUHaCHd

After i receivce this email i see a transaction go from my wallet but i don't understand how he can send to  my walletr tro my wallet....

Just after the support have send me this mail  my wallet showing a sending payment for i don't  know who.

I don't see anywhere where he mentions they are going to send or "return" BTC to you... they're simply explaining about Bitcoin "change" outputs generated during a Bitcoin transaction.

In my opinion, the two things (email from BitPay support and the unknown transaction) are merely coincidental and not related. If you did not initiate the transaction, then someone else has access to your wallet.

This would likely be because someone has access to your 12 word seed mnemonic... Did you ever store your 12 words in a digital format? (screenshot, typed in a text document, sent via instant message or email etc)? Did you ever type it into a website to claim forked coins? Did you ever give those 12 words to another person? Huh

He did import the wallet when the others recommended him to do so in an attempt to recheck the funds if it was still there.

I have imported the wallet to another device with the 12 word but ithe problem is same i have also clear the cache and history but nothing change.

Another question I would like to add is which wallet did you use to import your address? Was it still Bitpay or different wallet ? because the transaction was created one hour later.

BitPay send me this: 9c0f064ed686539c48dfd20d7f80b9d9d1f8519e0ce14d9b5e3a9ee4e5ac06f3

They send me 0.02941 btc to my wallet but the problem is the same the BTC don't appear i don't know why they send to an non-existent wallet as you can everyone check the recipient wallet adresse where they send the BTC is not valid: bc1qlxcs73gaq4dsqaynvdv2awj8luuqnfgg8ru086 one agent of Bitpay say he can't send to another wallet what i want why ?
I'm blocked until 19 may and i can't answer to their mail i need always reopen ticket talk with an angent who really answer fast and never heard me im very disapointed of BitPay it's look like they don't want understand my problem.
There is one big problem with this: Bitpay's agent or Bitpay's server doesn't have an access to your private keys for them to send your funds to another wallet for you.
Plus, your screenshot's recent transaction's timestap is kinda weird (the upper-most received transaction's date is June19).

This is a big red flag IMO.
Where did you downloaded the wallet or what email/customer service have you contacted?

As you said there's a reg flag IMO involved because it either someone who know the OP well that did the transaction or he link his xpriv falling into the trap of online phisher which act as Bitpay representative cause OP himself said "I can't reply to their mail because it's detected like a spam.." and it will be better if he answer HCP question.

It's possible your computer might have had a virus on it though so someone else could have gotten access to it. Do you have antivirus running?

Did you share the key with them or did they already have a copy of it? If you shared it by email, someone could've hacked that. What were you doing when the transaction was sent was it much later than when you tried putting it on the site or was it a similar time.
