AsicMinerValue just removed them because I took a screenshot of their page with Prominerz still on there earlier in the day. They must have finally looked into it. I contacted them weeks ago with no reply. Sucks it took them so long but at least the scammers aren't on there at this moment. Good catch. Thank you. Hope I helped someone avoid these guys.

Sorry for the loss that befell you.
This is not their official support board and Prominerz.com account has been inactive for a long time, so I don't think they will answer you here. Also, be careful when sharing sensitive data anywhere including ticket numbers, it can trigger other people (impersonators) to claim your losses or pretend to be support to blackmail you further.
I don't know if the asicminervalue site is credible enough or not, but I don't even see prominerz listed there (seems to be delisted at the moment).

I don't trust that site at all. They have a habit of listing scam mining gear reseller sites. Like right now, there are so many people complaining about CoinMining Central, and they have it listed there as tested.

Sesterce Mining is confirmed scam yet it's also still listed there.

I noticed the scammers Prominerz dot com website is back up and running. they were down for a few days. Probably changing hosts as I let their old host know they were scamming. I offered these guys to take down the website I built, Prominerzscam dot com if they actually deliver what I ordered. Still, not a single response from them in months. They literally don't care that there is a website, that will soon compete with their domain name because I will make sure of it, calling them out. You figure they would just want it (and me) to go away. I believe they are on their last hurrah of scamming under that website name. They are probably already working on the next scam. I'm guessing they are reading this thread. They don't have the stones to come defend themselves because they ARE some scammers. They would have proven me wrong and made it known if they were not. I will figure out who is behind it. They always leave a trail. I been following the crumbs.....

Prominerz didn't send me the rig- but kept my $$$ from my July 2021 order 8558.
Prominerz acknowledged my order for an x11 rig, STU U6.
They received my payment and confirmed they got the funds. They never delivered my rig and never responded to several emails. SCAM!

What made you trust them with your money?

I suggest you open a decent scam accusation in the scam accusations board, which could be helpful o those who carry out due diligence in the future

I doubt if they are legit. Tired looking up asichostingcanada and no one talks anything about them despite the site being around since 2018. If it was a good and functional service, at least we would see a couple of reviews

I’ve been scammed by ProMinerz since about mid 2020 and filed a claim with the Swiss police at a Zurich police station as well as the prosecutor’s office and they’ve yet to take any action into this fraudster. I have more information regarding this scammer and I have reason to believe that they’re more than 1 person and operate as independent parties.

If you have been scammed by ProMinerz and whether you have or haven’t filed a claim please contact me and we could join forces against this fraudster. Hopefully the Swiss prosecutor’s will look at this post and start taking action against this Trusted Swiss Vendor before he claims more victims.

pretending to be located in las vegas. he even has a vegas phone #

i sent miners to thesolarfarms.com in Kentucky on Bob's recommenadation.
it took them months to respond to emails ... they never got the miners hosted and just sent me pictures that the machines are damaged.

So you eventually tried out thesolarfarms even against our recommendations?

Could you please share in detail how everything unfolded and how they ended up ripping you off? The screenshots of the messages would really be helpful.
