Guys, ask ko lang po ito. Bali mag papasukan na and gusto ko parin maging active sa bitcointalk. Tapos nalaman kong may WiFi dun sa school napapasukan ko, balak ko sana mag wifi dun para maging active, Kaso medyo kinakabahan ako baka may nag bibitcointalk din dun ( multiple user ) and i might get ban.

Any information or tips po para malaman ko na may multiple user sa isang Ip address ?

Wala naman yata sa (un)official rules na bawal  mag-access ang iba't ibang accounts using the same IP address. That would be unfair also. Can you just imagine kung may magkapatid na nakatira sa isang bahay na parehong active sa forum?

Huwag mo lang i-violate mga serious offenses dito kagaya ng plagiarism, you should be safe.

Once you're registered at merong account na dito sa forum, there's no way para malaman yan. But there's a possible way for that lalo na if gusto mo pa lang mag register
or mag register ulit ng new account.
I know lots of users here know the so-called evil points, in which nag kakaroon ng evil points if yung gamit mong IP pag register is nagamit na ng ibang existing users especially sa mga banned accounts or those blacklisted IPs dito sa forum, so you need to pay to remove those.

Sa case mo, there's no need to worry, just be careful na lang since public wifi is not safe to use.

Having a multiple accounts is not against the forum rules, so you don't have to worry about it.
In case there are ban accounts that have access the IP you are using, I don't think you'll be caught for ban evasion on that since for sure you're IP will change from time to time.

Good thing you ask it here, it only showed how important your account is to you.

I don't think its all evil units has the same reason, some of thise haven't been used just like mine, when I tried to buy a new sim and used it for my pocket wifi. I think there is such a different reasons on why this forum is marking some IPs that doesnt have anything to do with them yet.

What I'm thinking is, kung ang IP mo ay naging vulnerable sa mga unsafe sites like XXX sites and other things ,what I mean is nakapag visit ka sa mga ganitong sites.

It's because of "neighboring IP addresses", kahit magkaiba na IP ginamit mo pero pag may magkakalapit na IP addresses na may mga evil points sa ginamit mo pag gawa ng account posibling madadamay yung bagong IP na gagamitin mo pag gawa ng bagong account.

When someone is banned, their IP and some of their neighboring IPs receive evil points.

I think you wouldn't worry about that so much, kahit kung sa public wifi ka nakaconnect. As far as I know, you cannot have the same public IP address unless you are connected to the same router. Some ISP's uses a common terminal or network that are consists of other users as well. So possibly, part of a bigger network ka and kung ano man yung ISP mo, sila yung may control. It's for lowering the amount of IPv4 addresses.

In my opinion, the best way to use public wifi is to use a trusted VPN. Definitely a paid one. It's better safe than sorry, and at least you can connect without it coming back to you and assuring you that your sensitive information is kept away from hackers or something like that. I have been using my password manager's built-in VPN as my protection against those things. Plus points na lang yung safe talaga yung passwords ko.

VPN lang kailangan mo para maiwasan ang same user sa same IP. Pero sa pag kakaalam ko hindi ka naman ma baban kahit dalawang user pa sa iisang IP.

Hindi naman pinag babawalan dito pero ang problema lang pag naban ang isa madadamay karin.

Depende yan sa VPN service. Merong nagbibigay ng dedicated IP address (para lang sa'yo) at meron naman nagbibigay ng mga shared IP kung saan pwedeng 100 users ang gagamit ng iisang IP. Share IP yung madalas na offer.

Yes, may chance parin na magkaroon kayo ng same IP, kahit hindi xVPNAPP ang gamit. AFAIK, madaming iba ibang VPN na application pero ang IP na binibigay ay halos pare pareho lang din, lalo na yung mga libreng VPN lang or free servers ng ibang VPN app.

I think yung mga evil points is para lang yun sa mga users na mag register pa lang, once nagamit ang ip na yun ng ibang users for registration dati may evil points na kung magregister ka ulit ng new account with that IP. Oo nga, I think yung mga evil points ai yan yun ip na na ban dito sa forum dahil may na break na rules sa forum. Yung sa case mo sa tingin ko hindi ka naman ma ba ban kahit marami users sa isang IP basta wala kang na break na rule like plagiarism. Meron ako kilala na isang wifi ginagamit nila ng kapatid nya di naman din sila na ban at wala din sila na encounter na mga issues regarding sa IP.

Ganito nalang, you do not have to worry that much. There are different countries available for you to choose where to connect depending on which country offers the fast connection. You can connect to a particular country like Turkey or other and your classmate can also use that same VPN you are using with of course DIFFEFENT COUNTRY.

Para sa ikakampante mo, I created my alt account incase magkaroon ng problema sa account ko like ma-hacked or ma-banned. Hindi problema ang magkaroon ng multiple accounts, actually may mga higher-ups sa forum na may mga alt account for scam busting atbp. Ang dini-discourage lang dito ay ang pagbebenta ng mga accounts at ang paggamit ng maraming accounts para makapanglamang sa kapwa mo which is obviously maling mali talaga.

As long as wala ka namang ginagawang masama dito, hindi ka dapat mabahala sa account mo kasi pwede mo namang i-appeal ang mga bagay na hindi mo naman talaga kasalanan. Also, nave-verify naman yan at lahat chinecheck kung considered ba as multiple user because all of the users ay dumadaan sa proseso when they found something fishy in you.

The best thing you should do is not to trust any free public wifi. PROVIDE YOUR OWN INTERNET CONNECTION AMAP. Pag mayroong isang magaling na hacker na nakaconnect dun sa public wifi or kung siya yung nagpoprovide ng net, malamang pwede nyang makuha yung username and pass mo sa iba't ibang platforms. Pwede din bank accounts mo.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, sa tingin ko wala sa kapangyarihan mo para malaman kung may multiple user sa isang IP address. Moderators lang ang may kakayahan nun. Did you know windice? Sa tingin ko, yung mga nanghuli dun sa mga cheaters na yun ay yung gumawa mismo ng windice, nacheck sa IP address. Corelating windidce sa forum na to, probably mods lang may kayang magcheck nun.
