I think he ment "news" instead of "new" and it was just a typo, or the other case is that he ment it's CCN and it's relativly new compared to CNN. I'm not quite sure that you can such service. Many reporters will kill to post on CNN.

You're right, it's hard to get my articles published there, I did contact a writer on CCN, but then he gave me the wrong link. It was like my article couldn't be posted on the main website but on the other side, not on CCN.

You need to contact them. Here you can find contacts of CCN:

Send them email with your offer. If they will be interested in your offer, I think they may ask to show some examples of your articles to be sure that you're good writer. If you won't get response from CCN, you may try to contact other crypto news media websites like Coindesk or Cointelegraph. Just browse their websites to find contacts.

You might find better odds with PR publishing instead of publishing your own articles. If your writing is not good or if your name is not known in the industry, they'll probably ignore you. PR is different because you paid for it.

Try Cyptobriefing. I think they're more 'friendly' with guess writer or anyone who want to publish their writing compared to other media.

Maybe they are not so big as CNN but you have to start somewhere, right?

I would connect with PR agencies to help you get those relationships that you want to build in order to publish to top tier websites. some might make you charge too so idk if that's in your budget
