Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

The only exchange I'm aware of is Cobinhood, but there isn't much liquidity, and not many coins are listed there. So basically unless you're going to use it for BTC/ETH and BTC (or ETH)/USDT, you won't find it much useful.

It seems, no exchanges are offering no-fee trades because they want to make a profit from the fee. I think even in the recommended exchanges, they applied some fee for trades and I think that is no problem for us especially if we can make a profit from the coins. Besides that, I think the fee will be needed for them to improve their site better than before.

Actually theres an exchange which had been mentioned above but well the thing concerns you is the liquidity and low volume so there's still no point on using it up just like on what Omega said. Exchangers are business so its just a common thing that fees is their way on profiting.

Digitex will launch somewhat soon and they advertise offering zero fees as well was leverage up to 100x with the margin trading on their platform. Not sure personally about how legit the exchange might be, and the waitlist for the exchange is relatively long as of right now AFAIK, but it might be worth checking out.

If you want to do trading right and not pay too much fee then your best bet is always binance. Can you find better fee structure somewhere else? Sure you can, but they are both cheap (if you use bnb your trading fee gets cut in half) and also they are very secure and trusted.
Now, you have to ask yourself which do you really want, pay less fee but trade somewhere you can not trust and may get "hacked" and lose all your money or a place where you will already pay very little fee maybe slightly more than the other place but have the security knowledge that even if they get hacked and 7000 bitcoins all lost they will still keep your money secure? That is why binance is at the perfect spot of being both cheap but also trustworthy for me and I would pick them over anything else.

i was reading about cobinhood, they declared bankruptcy and people are sounding alarms about scams. gonna pass on them. no fee is nice but trust is more important. i found a few that offer no fee trades but they are either not in the US or they don't deal with fiat. so far the best i found is ITbit. they actually pay you 0.03% for adding liquidity to their platform. sounds too good to be true. they are based in NY and regulated. what do you guys think about ITbit?

No fee sounds like a very bad business model for every exchange, they'll get money of you either with fees or with a hack or sell your data. Its up to you on how you wanna pay for a service.

No need to look for exchanges that have a cost of 0 for trading, the most important exchange that you use to trade safely and reliably. It's useless without costs if you end up losing your money. Choose the top exchange even though they have trading costs but at least your money is safer. Even though everyone suggested cobinhood, I wasn't sure about this exchange.

If an exchange says there is no fee then you should not trust them because it is not a free service, they also need to spend money for running and promoting their webiste so there is nothing wrong in collecting the fee but you can try binance if you want to reduce fee.

But there are some exchanges who started with some discounted or zero trading fees. Especially some exchanges with promo, like 1 week or more promo with no trading fees. There are also exchanges that if they want to promote their exchanges, like for the first weeks/months they will not charge all traders on their platform for trading fees. And also there are some exchanges that you can get fewer fees when you have some holding of their coin, like Binance.

Even in Freetown nothing is free but we are having more good exchangers in the atmosphere of crypto now but regardless of all of this I will recommend you use exchangers that are reliable like BINANCE BITTREX and so on FORGET about the free Zero fee and get done with business.

I'm not sure this is a good solution in trading, except using Escrow. You can find some trusted escrow here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2727673.0

Binance is good considering your "low" fee request here if you've got enough money in your pants to wager there. " Trading Fees
If you are not using BNB (Binance Coin) to pay your trading fees, each trade will carry a standard fee of 0.1%.
Using BNB for transaction fees applies a discount to your trading fee. By default, if you hold BNB in your account, your trading fees will be automatically subtracted from your BNB balance. (See: Using BNB for Fees)
For other options to lower fees (such as maker/taker/volume discounts), or to view your account's trading fee, please check our Fee Schedule." Check the Fee Schedule link to know more and I believe that 0.1% is also quite lower compared to 0.15% (almost a 33% cut) Source: https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/115000429332-Fee-Structure-on-Binance

These exchanges invested to build their own system so it basically needs fund to maintain and provide good service to the people who are using their platform. I'm not interested to those free exchanges though because why would they give their service for free and to think that they'll be holding your money, I prefer to pay a small amount to well known crypto exchanges for as long as my funds are safe.
You are transacting your own money to an exchange then why do you expect a free charge from it?

I guess that was just a marketing strategy that they used to entice people in using their exchange in order to gain more volume on their site, probably they have the volume needed already to continue surviving in this competitive market, which may be the reason why they dumped the free trading fee. But I don’t think the trading fee is still quite high compared to some exchanges that I have used in the past before I got to know Binance, but right now, I think Binance has got the lowest trading fee you can ever imagine, so I will suggest that you try Binance out if you have not, I think bittrex too would also be a very good choice for very low fees. I heard that kraken does have too but I have not used them before.

No, I don't think that would be possible, so the iming of zero fees in trading is impossible. In essence, that is the place and center of an exchange to get a profit and so that the exchange can still run well and also remain support. even large exchanges like Binance still have fees which i think that was still normal.

Never heard of that one, and frankly I'd be leery of even trying it unless there are some legitimate reports that it's not a scam. OP, you might be accustomed to trading with 0% fees, but damned if you'll find that in any other exchange. I've been trading stocks for years, and the fee you pay is just the cost of doing business. Anything below 1% is fantastic in my opinion, so I wouldn't be so aggrieved if I were you. It's still a damn good deal. In fact, most of the crypto exchanges I've used (Binance, Polo, Yobit, Kraken, etc.) have very reasonable trading fees, which could be a hell of a lot worse.

The more important part is to look for anyone is the broker that’s reliable and trustworthy, as rest is no major thing at all. And this is where I find Coinbase, Binance and such Crypto Exchange worthy and is secure which is so very much vital. If we are not using exchanges that are reliable or trustworthy, it will just lead to unnecessary and unwanted trouble. So this is where and why I will suggest to only go for proven options not try to look at low fees and all that.

That 0% that you are talking about was a way to encourage people to directly use their coinbase wallet balance on their exchange and it was a strategic way to attract users and make them to use it, otherwise they would be losing since there have been a lot of exchange to compete with, and it seems that they are progressively increasing it, to be honest that is still very low compared to the other exchanges so you better get used to it because there is no service given for free, and try to go into any sites that claims that they have 0 fees because they will just take your money.

Very funny, most of you guys are fond of looking for more than what you're meant to get. They charge you fees for transaction, you complain, and they charge you fees for trading, you will also complain. There are lots of good cryptocurrency trading exchanges but you're going to leave them all and start looking for an exchange that is not going to charge you any fees at all for trading and transaction, because you want them to be doing charity work. Put yourself in their shoes, how would you feel if you're the one that owns an exchange and everyone is expecting to offer services for free? Only the maintenance you will be running all the times, you will have to pay for all that. I hope you don't eventually end up with scam exchange just because you're looking for free things.

Hard to see an exchange with 0%trading fee given that the runnings of the exchange is expensive and most of the money generated from trading fees is what is being used to maintain the exchange. Bit you can get an exchange with extremely low trading fee. Exchanges like Fatbtc have low trading fee

The 0 trading fees is mostly to attract customers and once they get a sizeable numbers of traders, trading fee application begins as we have seen in most exchanges. I think it is important to trade on exchanges that are more reliable, efficient and secured instead of looking for exchanges with zero trading fees.

As I wrote in my previous messages, there is no point in being stingy. I'm just laughing when I see miserly investors who are afraid of paying even such low transaction fees or who think they will save money like this. It is not right to turn to alternative options just to pay less service commission. Especially in today's market, I think that some services create user victimization, and I think that only known and high quality services should be used. I rewrite it, no need for unnecessary stinginess. Nobody gets any more rich with a rate of 0.15%. In every transaction, I am willing to pay that commission because I want to use quality service and make transactions with assurance. You will know how to pay for the service you receive!

I'm not sure if such exchanges really exist. But what I really nothing good is ever free. That's why it might be more profitable to continue self-educating and improving your trading skills so you could earn such an amount of money that it would allow you to forget about fees. For example, I feel more confident and care less about fees since I installed Info Bot from CEX - https://t.me/CexIoInfoBot. It's convenient that it informs about the latest market changes and price movements, so I don't need to monitor the market constantly. And that's great, IMO.
