This dude sounds like he's created some sort of altcoin which probably he's the only one who knows about, and I'd be very skeptical about this.  I mean, come on.  Take a look at how many coins are selling for 1-satoshi on Yobit, coins that have no active blockchain and absolutely zero sell orders.  That's likely what you're competing with.
