While I don't doubt that you can trust LoyceV, you can do it yourself quite easily. Not all forked coins are worth it and you could decide when to claim it whatever you want to. Essentially, you need to move your BTC to a new address/sweep it, load your previous private key(s) to the fork coins wallet, and then that's it.

There's a complication if you're claiming Bitcoin SV: it doesn't have replay protection, which means that if you split your Bitcoin Cash you have to take precautions to prevent the Bitcoin SV from moving too.
As long as you're moving between your own wallets it can be recovered, but if you decide to send your Bitcoin Cash to an exchange, the Bitcoin SV will move with it. Coins sent to an exchange on the wrong chain are usually not recovered.
An easy fix is to get a small amount of BCH or BSV that only exists on that chain, and include that input in the transaction with your own coins. If you do this, the transaction can only exist on one chain.

I nearly bought a 2nd Nano s so I can send me coins to the new hardware wallet to claim my forks. However, the geek in me said I should get another brand just so I can explore / compare

There is a new section dedicated to Hardware Wallets , you can browse and check some other opinions. There are probably hundred different threads based only on the hardware wallet comparison... Or just try the search engine.
One tip. What i do when i search for a speific hardware/software is to google the " <name of the product> + problem". You can see if there are any spesific problems with the product, before you decide to buy it.
