Binance.US will list Qtum (QTUM). Trading for QTUM/USD and QTUM/USDT trading pairs will open on November 14th, 2019, at 9:00pm EST / 6:00pm PST.

Users can now start depositing QTUM in preparation for trading.

Please note: QTUM is temporarily only available for deposits. Withdrawals will not be enabled until trading is live.

I still remember this token way back 2017, I was fairly new in the market that time though, but it has struck in my mind and it's been a roller coaster ride, from as high as $100.00 and now down to $2.00. So just giving you guys a heads up specially those who still own loads of this coin.

I still remember this token way back 2017, I was fairly new in the market that time though, but it has struck in my mind and it's been a roller coaster ride, from as high as $100.00 and now down to $2.00.

I've never heard of the coin before, but from what you say, I guess the price was really high in the past, those were the days of altcoins/Icos though, I'm wondering if there was anyone who bought the coin when it was $100 and haven't sold since then, that's about 95% loss.

It's interesting, since Binance would be listing this coin, maybe probably they'll have a future, and it'll be interesting to see how trading with this coin would go. I'll consider buying just a hand full, just to play around with them and see if I can make very little profits. Thanks for the information.

QTUM should be available on binance main exchange, right? Or is Binance as a whole just discovering the coin? 

Seems the listing didn't affect the price of the cryptocurrency that much, probably helped stabilize it at its current price.  Maybe price will go up when trading goes live?

I just looked up on OPs reference about QTUM coin and it seems a disaster to me. I would not admonish anybody to buy into this imminent pump and dump scheme that is going to take place on Binance. In such situations, the whales of this project have filled their bags to the brim and ready to dump unto new investors when they get listed. I would stay away from investing into such projects.

Binance US is for US user, which is less people in that site
you can see the exchange is far from binance global in term of volume
so, it wouldnt affect to much in first listing

How is it a disaster if everything looks exactly the same as this? qtum is a good project, the team is actively developing and communicating with their community. just do not look at how bad the price is compared to when it was in 2017 but look everything around it. many good things happened with this project, its total volume has increased by 40% from the last month.

Odd choice. I can't speak of the coin, as until now I never even heard of it before. As with most new listings, I am skeptical in regard to the merits of the coin itself ... I tend to think it has more due to volume.
No clue how much is real and how much is wash, but I'm seeing: $264,589,013 USD. That's not too shabby.

Binance is probably looking at fees there... so profitable for them to list.
