Considering the old current machine, but in 5-10-15 years machines will be more powerful so 2140 could come sooner as you think

There is no need to think about a soft fork now, as it will happen only in 2140...

And Satoshi itself proposed that the incentive (miners coinbase reward) would be over one day. If bitcoin survive until 2140, there will be a lot of transactions in a block, and fees will be enough for the miners.

Man, I've seen many threads on this bitcoin 21million supply. Presently, we should be around 19million and it will increase slowly. Miners are still getting their fees. All good. On reaching total supply, that's when the price of bitcoin will now skyrocket and get higher than ever imagined. Of course, forks will come out here and there but bitcoins will still.be at the top.

After the entire sum of bitcoin gets mined, there will a hard demand for bitcoin as anymore can't be produced. Miners are always the key person for the bitcoin network, the transaction fee of every transaction goes to them.

It'll be purely based on the demand, if there is high demand we can see the price to be in the peak. However the market will be volatile forever.
