It's not that people hate these races. That's BS. It's just that if you see a spammer here, there's a good chance that it's from a third world country like the ones you stated. If most of these people from these countries try to earn here in a good way(e.g. joining signature campaigns and actually still try to contribute and not spam), then they wouldn't be disliked by some people in the first place.

I think it has nothing to do with color. There are plenty of other countries with "dark races", and you didn't list them.

Nigerians have a bad reputation because most of the Nigerians that people have interacted with over the last decade are scammers, e.i. the Nigerian Prince Scam. Of course, only a few Nigerians are scammers, but that is not the impression that people have.

It’s really a poster based issue if at all, not a race based nor colour based one. Both of those nationalities, you mention, and many others, have posters that are decent enough here, and for the most, one tends not to even reflect upon the nationality. I’ve often found profiles on the forum to be native from a non-english speaking country, and that fact brings additional value to the character behind the profile.

On the other hand, spam type posters may be mocked at some point (it’s not a norm, nor a necessary constant). Those tend to have less command of the English language, and are prone to putting little to no effort into their posts. It’s pretty irrelevant who is behind that sort of post (colour, creed, and so forth).

I think it is the opposite.  I cannot see anyone´s skin color, race, nationality, anything here. I can just see what you write. I cannot see what you write and think "ah, this is a dark skin guy". If you are saying something useful and you are respectful with others, you will be respected here.

As we have people from all around the world here,  most users countries cannot be identified, unless they say where they are from.

Exactly, we can't see things like gender, race, skin color, religion and other things, so we can only make opinion about users based on content of their posts. And personally, I don't care about these things at all.

You are not hated for your colours and everyone contributing here will be respected but there are many people here spamming for bounties with tons of report everyday and they even don't know what they are talking about when posting on a thread.

You've not initiated any worthwhile discussion, neither have you contributed to any meaningfully.
What's your basis then of the forum being racist, you should blame yourself if you fall short in some areas around here, and try to improve on them, not complain about your own shortcomings.

And mind you, every user has the right to keep his or her identity secret/anonymous, how then do we know what race one is from to discriminate against them.

This shouldn't be a beginner & help board issue, take it somewhere else beside we have members of those two countries that you listed above who are doing just great. There isn't any reason to give out your nationality but when you do, defend it the best way you can as you become an ambassador of your country in the forum. You get treated the way you present yourself.

Make yourself useless, if you want to be considered useful. Haven't seen any form of racism in the forum from the average or reputed users expect few trolls who attack through replies or feedback for situation one has no control over (e g originating from a 3rd world country). But still the forum is enjoyable and gives everyone equal opportunity.

There are limited local boards and that does not properly accommodate all nationalities, and the forum does not require information about ones nationality so racism does not really factor in most cases.
Scathing remarks could be thrown around but it's always a direct remark on the poster.
Also some remarks from some members may seem particularly hash (maybe in a bid to get acknowledgement or merits from higher ranked members), do ignore such.

CryptopreneurBrainboss comes from Africa continent, maybe Nigeria. And, he is a Hero Member, and don't see differentiation between races in the forum. I read his posts, recent pages and found that he is a very helpful guys. If there are differentiation on races, he would have not become a Hero member. Honestly, I admired him a lot from what he does.
