PERSEC Alfa is a project that includes 3 main modules. The first of them (the most important one) is a blockchain-based engine that allows tracking the progress of employees work and automatic settlement for the work done according to set conditions.
These conditions will be included in the smart contract concluded between the company and the employee.

The second module is our platform which is a place where business owners, managers, and employees can view payment requests, confirmations and statuses, smart contracts (valid and expired).

The third module is the PERSEC Alfa API provided by us, which can be implemented in any software or devices. We strongly believe that blockchain is a game changer for billing for work or services and our solution will be widely used in modern enterprises.

How It Works
Users: business owners, managers, employees or subcontractors use the PERSEC Alfa platform or another solution using our API.
They can (depending on their role in the system) perform various actions there. Thanks to the use of a decentralized database to record information, both the employer and the employee are sure that the settlement will be carried out on clear terms and no party will suffer any loss.
The breakthrough functionality provided by us is the ability to calculate and implement remuneration depending on any agreed conditions.
