Hi I just want some follow ups regarding to my instant trade I apready talk to the website's support,
And it is almost 2 days since they failed to send the ETH to the receiving address.
The status said to be failed due to out of gas.

Was transaction failure on your side or theirs?

It was on their side but I believe that it is being fixed they already DM me in my email address,
So I am just waiting for the ETH to be sent I would update this once it is sent .

They will definitely fix the situation but I believe the problem might not be from the team end because ETH seems to had some slightly gas issue problem a couple of days back cause I experienced the same thing when trying to send some ETH to someone but I will advise you to use their BTC next time cause it fast.

BUT few days ago I did use Ethereum and noticed huge slowdown for transactions.
I had to add additional maximum fees to speed it up (in Metamask)
My point is that maybe Ethereum network was the issue.

I will keep that in mind by the way thanks for the advice.
Next time that I would do some transaction in ETH network I would try to see if there is anything wrong so I wouldn't be put into this kind of situation again.

Everyone here is very happy about this project because they can liquidate any investor very quickly. During the last time the ETH network was really slow and a lot of people couldn't send tokens. I've also had a lot of these problems in the past but things will soon stabilize and you can buy or sell gold anytime you want. I think the project should have Telegram Chat to attract a larger community because currently I only see channel and no place to discuss this project. The project is clearly under development, but if people can access it more easily, the team can advise them before investing in gold. I encourage your team to do this in the near future because a lot of people in this market want to invest in gold and if they get the best advice then surely a lot of investors will join.

You're right with what you said and I believe the team will work on your request.  However, I'm glad you're already aware the project is still under development but the team doesn't want an issue whereby there will situations in terms of the projected liquidity, security, genuinely etc which why the first sort out the mentioned part before the official launching of the project.

It's great to see a stablecoin actually backed by real gold. This will bring a lot of confidence in the Financial Markets, especially with the way FIAT currencies globally are becoming more and more unstable and most are backed up by either fresh or debt, or actually BOTH at the same time, which creates a spiral that gets out of control and destroys the purchasing power for generations well into the future. Many of us have seen our wealth destroyed over the years and hence moving into digital currencies could be our last salvation and resort, because staying stuck in the old paradigms is just making us poorer and poorer. I hope to procure some of the Gold stablecoin and use it as a hedge against both inflation and also the devaluation of FIAT currency which has been our downfall, especially in the last 100 years with quantitative easing working on overdrive. This looks like one of the most interesting projects of 2019.
