A tennis result again and it seems Manchester United always bring nightmare to AS Roma. More than 1 decade ago, Man Utd. beat AS Roma with a tennis result in Old Trafford too.

The first leg results bring the hope for England final match between Manchester United and Arsenal. Arsenal lost the match but with one goal, they can hope to go next.

AS Roma played badly today to have let those goes keep coming, they didn't play like a top team at all. The game wasn't anymore entertaining, really disappointing.

They played well in the first half in Old Trafford. The second half is a nightmare for them.

don't forget that Roma were able to turn the tables on Barcelona in the champions league before, but there is no way they can do that against manchester united, it was a day to forget, 6-2 is a humiliating score.

They can if the result is 4 - 2. AS Roma collapsed after the 4th goal from Manchester United. 2 other goals put the end for AS Roma hope.

They have not bad first half and even took a lead 2 - 1 but the second half changed all. The last 2 goals are very bad for them. 6 - 2 is too big result and I don't think AS Roma will be able to win with aggregated result and join the final match.

I was watching the game till the first half, but I that felt Manchester United would lose, and so I accordingly switched off the match, however after a while I saw the scoreline on my social media feed, and I couldn’t believe my eyes, hence for me this was another brilliant comeback from the team. Furthermore it’s over for Roma and it looks like Ole is getting closer to winning a trophy, but I sincerely hope that they won’t play with overconfidence and screw this up.

The Manchester United team is really all out to win this league, it was a massive demolition for Roma. Cavani was everywhere tonight, really proofing to us all that he is world-class like Pogba and still formidable, and then Bruno Fernandez has to be one of the best midfielders in the world.

From the blast of the whistle Roma was very poor I wonder how they got to this semi-final stage with thiis kind of  performance, their players played very badly and couldn't withstand Man Utd in the attack, defence and midfield and their reserve goalkeeper was also bad.
Meanwhile Arsenal can still make a comeback in the return leg  although the team is very unpredictable they did same in their last Europa match and this is Arteta last chance of managing the club if Arsenal fails to qualify for the final definitely Arteta will be sacked.

Roma really fell apart in the 2nd half after a great start to the game. Fair play to United though, they did not stop attacking after they smelled the blood and have all but secured their ticket to the final.
This was almost as bad for Roma as that 7-1 thrashing when they last met in the Champions League.

On the other hand, still an open game for the 2nd finalist. Both teams have something to hope for, I'm giving a slight advantage to Villarreal though. They really lowered their chances by conceding in 11v10 situation.

Manchester United really dominated the match especially in the second half, Cavani and Bruno Fernandez's performance was extraordinary.
The two players who are the key to Manchester United's victory, it is very difficult for Roma in the second leg to chase aggregate goals.
So it is most likely that Manchester United will qualify for the final, while Arsenal may still qualify for the final. despite being defeated
by Villarreal. Because Arsenal managed to score one goal, so it was a pretty good away goal. I really hope the Europa League will have

Both Roma's goals have been more than an accident. I don't think it's possible to happen again, four times. More problems Burnley, Crystal Palace were created to Manchester United than Roma. They are certainly far less quality. Yes, it is a fact.
I think MU will have much more problems with Ajax that they by some chance passed on.

It was not really top of their list in terms of priority at the beginning of the season, and also considering they've already qualified for the UCL via the EPL, the UEL is more or less a consolation for them this season if they manage to win it, a club of United's pedigree should be challenging for major trophies like the UCL and the EPL, but this trophy could also be the morale boost they need to challenge for top trophies next season.

Having said that, Arsenal need the trophy more than United cause they have no way of qualifying for next season's UCL except via the Europa league, they lost the first leg yesterday, and have to put in a good performance in the second leg if they want to compete with the big teams in the UCL next season.

Manchester Utd literally crushed Roma in this huge match. Look at the first half result and the ending. It was really an insane game!    We can say that Roma are eliminated already. If Manchester Utd show the same level of performance in the final too, then they will most probably win the title.

What an entertaining game that was between Man United and Roma. Eight goals! Big respect to Cavani whose goals surely boosted his teammates confidence. I don't see Arsenal getting good results in the first leg, because if he wants to go to the final it is clear Arsenal need a win and it is a difficult mission. Villarreal is not a weak team so it won't be beaten easily, because currently playing at home seems meaningless due to the absence of the crowd. So yes, I still believe Villarreal will still qualify for the finals this season.

Villarreal - Arsenal match was really tough in contrary to Manchester United - Roma.    Villarreal finished the first half 2-0 ahead and Arsenal were too bad. But something changed about Arsenal in the second half and they started competing much better. Even though Ceballos got a red card, Arsenal managed to decrease the score diff. to 1. After a short time period, Capoue also got a red card and the conditions were equalized. At the end, Villarreal still managed to gain a 2-1 victory which is a nice advantage for the rematch.

Roma suffered a great humiliation in this game, something unbelievable because they seemed to be playing well until the 48th minute, everything started to be a disgrace for Roma that does not have any chance of turning that result in the second hand. sad to lose this way

Anything can happen, but logically their goal difference is quite large. So it's a bit difficult for them to score 4 goals.
