Every signature campaign should not accept accounts that have red trust because it may be a big threat to any other participants. They used to scam other people they can do it again with that account. Maybe they have some warning if they really want to accept accounts that have red trust or a condition in which if that particular condition is not obeyed, banning is the perfect solution.
