I suggest you create an ANN Thread in this section:

and you add that in the ANN Thread that you will create in the section that gave you the link:

Hey, thanks for the feedback!

I'm a bit new to this forum and surely getting lost around all the different sections is definitely not something unheard of, probably.

I'll create a new thread there, shortly!

I've got a few things to ask here:

- I saw your website and went through its FAQ section and based on it, I wish to know if you'll be conducting KYC for all the users taking part in selling/buying products from there so to save the end party from being scammed by having all of your users' data?

- Why isn't there anything related to scam disputes? How are you going to deal with it if such takes place?

- Why is there no refund and/or return policy available for buyer's protection in case their purchased product(s)' partial/complete package is not what's expected of as per buyer's expectations?

Since when it it customary to have KYC procedures on a simple marketplace website?
I sure wouldn't give up my personal data just to sell a couple of Xbox games or whatever.

Sure, there will be scammers, but there are better ways to avoid that: Escrow, rating systems, etc.

Besides, scammers would just upload fake IDs, while the honest people are stuck having their personal data on yet another website that could possible get hacked.

There will be no KYC conducted, at least not right now, as I think it is a pretty extreme form of protection for a marketplace that allows you to meet in real life to conduct sales.

Scam disputes are handled by submitting a report. There are report buttons everywhere we thought of, and all reports go to our admin dashboard where we can easily go through them.

There is no refund/return policy at the moment, because due to the nature of cryptocurrencies being irreversible transactions we cannot secure funds from the sellers. Ebay for example offers that protection only for Paypal purchases, where Paypal can put your account into negative balance. We cannot do such thing as we're dealing with balance on the website.

Exactly. We have a platform locally called OLX, where we just post our phone number and name. That's all they ask of you, and it's all just so you can meet with the seller.

Regarding cookies, I'm not actually sure, as I've seen plenty of websites giving you the option to just accept them. Probably they're doing it wrong as well? We'll definitely have a deeper look into this, thanks for the heads up!

Visited your site, the first thing I noticed was the lack of the simple notification which would tell me if I'd find new items on your site or just 2nd hand used products or both. As a consumer website, you should focus on these little things.

Thanks for the feedback! Not sure how that can be implemented. We've already added to each product their condition under the product description. What would be a great indication for you? A headline?

Ok, I'm fine with the report button.
But if you can't do anything like putting the account balance to negative once a seller commits scam, at least there should be a warning button which should occur based on the number of reports/feedbacks that are proven to be true in order to save others from buying anything from such sellers?

Why do you believe there can't be any ^returns^ even after considering the volatile nature of crypto as you've pegged the prices in crypto for almost all the deals to USD?

Is it a marketplace to sell our used stuff (as you said it's kinda OLX)?

If it is, I believe I asked a wrong question here about KYC, but without it, a seller with intention to scam people needs nothing but to make different accounts with different phone numbers and commit it.

You're right about the warning - we will ban users should enough reports come through for them, so we should probably make it more explicit.

It is indeed intended to be just a marketplace to sell your own belongings or services - if they are used or not you can say that in the description or product condition which you'll have the option when creating a new deal.

Regarding the scammers, we've a 21 day policy similar to the one Paypal has regarding holding the money. You can find full details about it in another board here on bitcointalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5163808.msg51775029

Thanks a lot for your input! We're grateful to receive any feedback until now!

Checking out the website for 5 seconds already gave me the answer to your first question.
It's up to the individual sellers to decide their shipping policy.

I don't see anything about fees though, just went through their FAQ.

Shipping depends on the the seller. Some may offer worldwide, some only locally.

There are no fees! You are free to list as many products as you like, and you'll be charged zero commission on sales.

I do agree on putting on more background checks or a stricter KYC for the re-sellers you will have in the website especially when I just found out that you won't be the one handling the shipping of the product but the resellers themselves, it makes the buyer/customers using your website at risk here of being scammed by the re-seller from being sent the wrong item to receiving nothing at all. And my major concern here is really your shipment where you don't handle it yourselves, you made your website look like a e-commerce website but the truth is it's just one of those websites where random people can post their products on.

Pretty great site you've made there! UI feels very fluid, and everything flows together correctly. The only problems with design I see, are the items that are for sale. For example, the dog items (Advantix) is stretched out to fit in the frame, while you could just add the regular design and some white bars.

Think about this in a real world case. If you wanted to sell something on eBay or Amazon, would you need ID? No, because it's a huge waste of time and there's no need to verify someone's idea for a couple of xbox games.

Thank you for the feedback! Currently profit is made from users purchasing tokens to promote their products and premium membership. Initially we had a 10% fee for standard users and 8% for premium, but we figured that may seem a bit steep so we've removed it.
