[Resolved] YOBIT blocked my account just for messages! :-( Help!

At 27th of May I got some amount for trading from my friend (see img below, in the link). In debt. Then I decide to deposit all amount to YOBIT exchange because of their IEOs. (at Yobit I'm till 2017)

In the night of 01 July 2019 I saw that few users play in Dice (roulette at this exch.) big amount 0,1 - 0,5 btc, than I send them several messages (not more than to 5 users) that playing with such amount is very high risk and I know some very relieble strategy in Dice. Also I suggest them that I can show it at my own balance.
There, I want to specify that I don't sell purposefully this strategy, I just suggest them try it with small amount.

Yes, I know that it sounds like a spam, because of I dont know them personally, but it not the reason to block and take away my last money. About 50 000roubles (2 month salary in my region).
I ask to forgive me for that and unblock. I promise not send any letters in PM ever to users (which) I dont' know.

There are several  reasons to unblock my account:
1. I dont' sel anything, but just make offer.
2. In Rules, at #8 particularry, of YOBIT ( yobit.net/en/rules ) there is no one point that I cant send messages about Dice to anybody in PM.
3. The money on my account about 80-90% consists of money which I get in debt at my friend. That is screenshot of transactions to my Qiwi wallet from my friend: http://pixs.ru/image/pJXAD
 ???if it necessary I can send to Yobit admins our agreement.
4. I dont have any amount at another exchanges and its my all money that I have.
5. And in conclusion I'm very sorry that I can't buy YO coin now! I could get big profit with YO coin.

The mistake you have done here is on sending out some PM's with those high stake dice players on the site which they have reported you for spam or something
like that which eventually Yobit do such action just like on typical gambling sites as well yet even you do say it isn't a spam but most of the time it was.

No one can help you out but only Yobit itself.Their support doesn't answer and that alone is already pain in the a**.

I hope they'll hear me. In fact, I have positive experince in unblocking my acc (I was blocked 2 times early: for offensive language (bad words)(1) in chat and for spam(2) in chat). Support unblock me after my tickets. Now I send similar ticket and now they looks as crying of worm in Siberia :-D

Yobit has a lot of scam accusations and it shouldn't be trusted. 50,000 roubles is about 800 usd. It's big. You should try to look in this forum what exchange to be trusted and what not. I bet that they will not answer your query regarding this.

Regarding this topic I want to show that their actions not wrong. And If I'll shut my mouth - they can ban many people and they don't have anything bad instead of (for that).

In another side, if I declare for this problem - I force people to see who are they (YOBIT)? In fact, they took away my money (and my friend). And regarding this, more people don't want to visit this exchange anymore. I hope, I can have some agree with the exchange.

We know for the fact that yobit does shady things up to today with their IEO but I'm not so sure about what you just said e about the dice game. I recently recover my account in yobit and seen the changes somehow and dice weren't there anymore.  Probably can't find it.

It should be yet we do have the full rights of our funds but violating some terms wont really be that good even if its our own

money but violating something can void it out and they do have the rights since you have agree on their terms on the first place.

800usd is a large amount of money. i can't forfeit that money. i used yobit but not frequently. with so many news going around about how the lock users account, i have decided to pull out and try other exchange. you need to stay intouch with the admins and keep writing to them. they will surely reopen your account. it is your money and you are entitled to it.

Okay thats cool. Only those who can afford to play sees the link thay means you have been manipulated. Sorry to say but  even with all the complain yobit ain't going anywhere. No amount of advice will work for someone who isn't new to crypto but still go dealig with them. Good enough that signature campaign hunters gets money from them you can only hope yobit go bankcrupts thru them.

The problem is that you did spammy activity,,, which you admitted itself. You should just never do that here or anywhere else. You would not do that in real life would you? Spam is bannable offence everywhere I know but you have a point it is not reason to take your money.

Sucks that YoBit went as far as to block your account for a simple message, as usually you'd just get a chat ban (temporary or permanent) for an infraction like this on other exchanges. Unfortunately YoBit is notorious for not responding to tickets or scam accusations on this forum, and your best bet is just to continue contacting them both on this forum (linked in Slow death's post) and continue contacting their support until you get a response. You might get a response, you might not, but it's certainly worth a try.

Then, You now must say a "Goodbye" to your account. All people know yobit have a bad reputation on their exchange and no one still don't know about the owner. went you meet the problem at yobit, it's really difficult to contact the support or get a response from them. You are lucky they only ""locked"" your account. Some accounts were deleted with no friggin explanation whatsoever. A support ticket concerning the issue would remain unanswered for months at a time before you recieve a generic response.

If people were playing with 0.1-0.5 bitcoin and you asked them to stop, then yobit would ban you, you just get some bitcoins out from their hand lol, it's a very funny story.
Despite the fact that I don't like yobit because of how shady they are, in this situation it's your fault. It's not your business to ask people in chat to stop playing or play with your strategy that "works".
Also there is no need of tags, contact them in PM or write email to yobit support. Sorry but fault is your.

According to rule #8 from yobit if you chat any disrespect to other users or any bad words or strong and offensive language they can restrict user's communication in chat means that you will be blocked in chatting or PM. But why they took your coins/funds?

I have the same experience before but in chat, I tried to chat with someone there and told that be careful on their dice game because I accidentally dice my BTC instead of other coins. After that a few hours ago I'm blocked in chatting but I still have control all of my cryptos and can be still withdraw.

So I think it's not fair that they took your coins/funds from yobit they should give them back. I never trust them again due to many bad reviews about their service. Their support is well-known the laziest support because their response took weeks or months before they respond.

Since you know yobit for a long time why you still trading there? There are many alternatives to this exchange. Unless if the coin is only listed on their exchange but for me, I will never trade again and use their service just for the safety of my coins.

That's mostly why people stick to Yobit. Another thing is that there is an investment box people seem to like, and then there are the pumps Yobit announces from time to time.

For most people Yobit is an exchange to avoid, but there are so many newbies entering crypto that have no clue about how much of a shit exchange it is, that they will keep using it until Yobit locks them out of their account.

I am tired of hearing about YOBIT complains on this forum, because no one can really help anyone affected by Yobit scam out.  Thousands of times, there has been so many advises ruling against the use of YOBIT, and so many bitter experiences has been shared by quite number of people which should have thought new users who intend having an exchange to stay away from YOBIT, and existing ones to pull out their money from that fraudulent exchange.

We have very reliable exchanges which you could have just used and not knew to anyone, one of this exchange is Binance, and I don’t see anything you are looking for in YOBIT that you cannot find on BINANCE EXCHNAGE, this exchange even has one of the lowest possible trading fee, except the coin you are trying to trade is a shitcoins which cannot be found on Binance, and that would be the lapses from your own end.

First of all if you have been around for a couple of years you would know that the site isn't a good one.
There are plenty of trusted trading sites out there and ypbit isn't one of them they have so many scam accusation so I am sorry for your lost but I hope that there would be some way fpr you to recover it.
And this is the reasom why traders or investors shouldn't put all of their money in just one basket and only invest what you could afford to lose.
For me it seems that you've been so greedy that you even made some loan just to trade .
