miners are always shown as malware. Because of botnets its been reported by several network administrator, so consequently added to malware database.

Need some help please.

I'm using SPH version of sgminer with 3 r9 290. 2 are xfx core 947/1250 and last is powercolor PCS+ 1040/1350.

Setup config as described, using darkcoin kernal, 4 threads, worksize of 128 various -i and -xi levels but the 2 core cards will only hash to 1.5m/h. PCS+ is running at 2.5m/h. only difference I can see is the mem freq. PCS+ is oc's to 1500mhz where as the 2 core cards wont budge off idle 150mhz.

Sgminer ignores config mem settings and trying to change in cmd console.

WTF?

You can use the coinwarz DOGE mining calculator. Just subsitutute 400 for the block reward and 140 for the diff.

http://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/dogecoin-mining-calculator/?h=1200.00&p=500.00&pc=0.10&pf=3.00&d=143.00000000&r=400.00000000&er=0.00003000&btcer=570.94700000&hc=200.00

It's no longer profitable to mine at the current diff of 140+ at anything less than 4000 sat. Probably wont even pay for your power consumption. IMO the coin was an insta-mine pump and dump. The insta-mine has been dumped and you're all left holding the bag.

would hiro be worth mining over something like vertcoin? people are starting to consider moving away from scrypt because of the asic market and it seems their first stop is vertcoin just because of how well known it is.

thoughts on vertcoin and hiro long term?

example
same rig /2x7970/ :
vert /cgminer or vertminer/ 520 kHash = 500W
hiro /sgminer -darkcoin alg/ 3,6 - 4Khash = 310W

hiro wins
I have plugged rig into digitally Wattmeter, scrypt takes 580W +

BAMT 1.6 comes with a miner for this coin installed.
