Mined balance at the very begining depends very much on your phisical location related to the main seed node. If you are close you can get 10 times more blocks than somebody living thousand miles away

had all the same except start /high which shouldn't mean much in cause of my mining system. But I agree, it depends much on distance between me and supernode

Bad launch time depends on where you live.

To me it launched at 7 pm.

I have no experience with bamt , but you might want to check if that make command built a file called hirocoind
if it did try    ./hirocoind --help

Looks that something is wrong with sgminer on some systems. I've started mining at pool, 0 accepts\0rejects, tons of hw errors with different HW settings ( the same as during solo mining) - I had never seen that before with other coins. Exiting
