You are still allowed to log in and read posts when you are under a ban. When you are logged in and start reading posts, it will log in as activity. Somehow, game-protect does not strike me as someone who will take a break for the flak to calm down. He's had "flak" for years.

   Well, this threat and accusation that we are all mentally ill is slightly better then accusing us all of abusing children.   Also, I hope he learned his lesson from his little break not to go around spamming the sig campaign threads with accusations. Also, his class action lawsuit is going to have an uphill battle convincing the court that our warning against him caused damages to other people. He will have to establish that the warning flags and negative feedback deterred individuals from seeking his services and that his services were more likely than not to recover the funds for them.

Well, apparently not.

Still wanting to know if it's confirmed that he got a temp ban or not. If so, who the hell get's a temp ban for spamming, gets unbanned, and then continues to spam trust.

He knows he gets away w/ bloody murder when it comes to the trust abuse, that's how cocky he is. Mods should definitely make a stance on this. I know they don't want to interfere/modify trust, but nonetheless, he's clearly that arrogant about it.

Someone temp banned him from all the spam after he went crazy, but as you can see he reappeared yesterday. I've had lots of complaints about this guy over the years and he sure seems shady but there's never really been anything concrete presented other than him being annoying. It's likely his business model is to just harass companies in the hope that they'll pay him something to leave them alone, and people have accused him of extortion before, which is what that would be if it was the case, but when I asked for proof of extortion ie has he explicitly asked them for money then nothing has really been given. On the flipside, a lot of these companies probably don't have licenses to operate in some of the countries they do so that's his level of attack so there's probably not much that can be done about his business practises unless he is breaking the law himself and trying to extort people.

Until recently bitcointalk.org publicly warned that some bitcointalk users strongly believe that Game Protect is a scammer! Only recently it changed to "high-risk".

Typically, when people provide examples, they are used to support their argument rather than detract thereof but perhaps you are taking an avant-garde approach to defending yourself. I support your modern twisting of the orthodox but I don't think that we should deviate from the classics, especially on a forum like this one. After all, the ancestral roots have cemented themselves because they brought forth a strong foundation from which we have grown, and because of that, the basics and fundamentals are truly the most crucial part of the process. All modern twists are rooted in the originals and their development is fueled because of it. It would be rash to completely ignore them and plant a completely new tree: even quite disrespectful at that.
