soon after I had problem with the supply that needs to change the blockchain and the supply, so I asked if I could do this, then they spoke.

As I said earlier this may seem unfair to you. You didn't like that they did not mention the additional fee earlier, but it is also a mistake on your part for assuming that the additional time they will spend to list your coin is free. As I said earlier this may seem unfair to you. All you could do is create a Scam Accusation thread with this format. Then, if they have an account here, they can get tagged by a DT member. But that's all. If they simply don't care about their reputation or just decide to ignore this, then there is nothing anyone can do.

You've got no choice except to pay them because they're not bound for the changes that you make with your coin and here, it's all about supply and blockchain and that's what you're changing here so I don't think that any exchange would help you in this case. At least they're allowing you to list it back there for 1/3rd the price. You must have undergone through an agreement to save yourself if you would have known that such situation could arise. Now, if you're not fine with your current selected blockchain on which your coin is working and its supply, you'll have to deal with this.

P.S.: Go for another exchange if you get a refund from them. Additionally, please share all the information rather than providing half of it as it helps us to understand your case better.

There could be another situation that may happen to you that you won't pay just to get your coin listed and it's their decision to get your coin listed if they find your coin that it can be useful or it has a potential that they see but if not then that's what happen in your situation. You may call it unfair because they charge you to pay 0.05 btc for getting your coin listed. You should have send the right information and your coin should be listed but it you said that you made a mistake so, all you can do now is to make it right and charge you 0.05 btc to make it happen. You should be thankful that they didn't charge you the same amount of btc the second time.

I think you should pay it because it's like another listing only that it's from a previously listed token. Things like that ain't free nowadays. You know a lot of hew exchanges has emerged and they will try their best to milk the little they can get out of a project.

Dont pay too much for listing.

I payed so much for my coin  thousends of dollar on octaex, cryptohub and cryptaldash and then they are simply gone. No one will refund you.

Start with small exchanges. There is less demand but much less risk.
