Blockchain technology has evolved over the years from one stage to another, with some projects trying to proffer solutions to foster growth in the industry. In 2019 bitcoin as a digital asset was introduced and ever since then, the story has changed. The founders of ethereum came up with their own idea basically to serve as a platform for smart contracts where other projects could build and deploy dApps seamlessly. Notwithstanding this giant stride, there are still myriad of challenges facing the new emerging blockchain industry such as: scalability, interoperability, security etc.
In view of the above background, khipu after several years of research and consultation decided to come up with something quite unique from already existing blockchains. Khipu in simple terms is an enterprise blockchain for businesses to interact, share data, build and deploy their dApp. New possibilities has been opened for the blockchain industry because of Khipu's breakthrough in parallel execution.
Khipu will also use its technology for a variety of new applications. The first of these is a decentralized search engine, Khipu Search. The search engine is different from other existing ones like: google, bing etc. Because it's distributed/decentralized in nature. Information will be structured and organized in a way that it will be useful, appealing and meaningful to users. The problems of these other search engines is their inability to meet users' demand in the fast changing word of information and technology. Khipu search is the solution. Reserve protocol is strongly in support of the project.
