According to the bounty campaign rules, the bounty manager should not give an answer whether the signature campaign participant is accepted or not. If we want to accept the participant, we write PM with invitation.  If we don’t want it, we do not answer at all. Usually we look at the number of merits and for what you received them. We can't disclose other conditions. The number of participants in our signature campaign is strictly limited. All specific decisions are made by the bounty manager.
