Emotions can be indeed quite difficult to control and in my opinion the best way to deal with them is by creating a trading system that tells you exactly when to get in and out of the market and also tells you how much money you need to use in each trade.

It was said that having high Intellectual Qoutient or I.Q is really very helpful for someone to be  successful, it was true because your intelligence could be your string ladder to your success but having high I.Q isn't enough to be successful and stay as one.
