I have quit gambling now.

However, when I look at the wager amount of my accounts in various sites and add them up, a total of 15 BTC comes up!

That's around $150000= 10,500,000 INR ! Around 1 crore Rupees or 0.15 million dollars!

I know it's easy to reach that wager since wager counts all bets even on 99% chance wins so if someone with 1 BTC wagers 20 times on 99% win chance and win all, they will wager 20 BTC!

But still to think I have wagered that much amount leaves me with a open mouth sometimes. Overall I'm in loss tho xD

Using 99% chance of win is a terrible strategy imo.
Because if you lose, you lose all. And if you win you get almost nothing .

Anyway, I believe that unless you are very lucky, every strategy is going to lead you to a loss someday

The time period of your betting will also count, if you are just betting in just 6 months or less, then that would say that you are a heavy gambler.

Good for you that you quit as gambling is not really for everyone, it's fun for some people but very risky for some who cannot control their spending in gambling.

I know there's bigger excitement when you put a bigger bets, but we are very irresponsible if we will only look at the excitement at not the other side of the possibilities, particularly losing.

I guess there is no such thing as a 99% win chance and winning all your bet on gambling, We can sure see a little bit of winning but to win all of your bets with an accuracy of 99% sure win you can surely end up with a fortune,

I don't really bet on a big wager, I only wager what I can afford on losing especially when there is a big percentage on the house edge and the game is with only luck based games I am just wagering what I think I can get back on later or losing was not that difficult for me.

Instead of looking for the total amount of your wager, try to see the profit you have made or the lose money you have suffered. I myself at first, couldn't believe with what I already lost. However, because of the total loss that I suffered is from gambling activities for several years, I can still understand it. Within 3 years of playing dice at bitsler, my profit is around -0.2 btc. And after they reset the betting history when I switched to the VIP program, to this day, I have lost around 0.03 btc.

I learned that you can compare gamblers and their won or wagered amount to fishermen, the catched fishes are always four times as big as they really arewhen the talk about them so you have to take any mentioned amount with a grain of salt ...

The biggest thing that comes to mind is when you look at your old bets with the bitcoin price was low. At the time you may have been doing $100 rolls or bets on a team, but now this looks like you were gambling thousands upon thousands of dollars. Which is insane.

I have some dice rolls that are for 15k now. Which is not something I'd be comfortable with doing EVER.

I've got a pretty high total wagered amount as well, but a lot of that was in 2015 and 2016 when Bitcoin was priced much lower than it is at the moment, and I tended to wager several times my balance every time I gamble so the total amount does not represent my total deposits. Still pretty impressive though, and I've wagered plenty on sites that have shut down long ago so I will never know the true total. I'm overall slightly in the green, though I can attribute a lot of that to betting on CS:GO matches where odds were massively skewed to one side and I put a good sized bet on the underdog.

Doesn't really matter if you do wager that big and what matter most is if its your already profiting or not.On my part this doesn't

make me leave having an open mouth because theres nothing you can be proud of because this do simply shows on how addicted you are with gambling.

That's a huge fund, in third world country with such an amount one will have a much sophisticated living. Another thing most of the users will have huge amounts wagered and they'll never realize until the same is being calculated. Similar experience happened with me when we had the directbet.eu available for gambling. When I made calculation on the entire amount wagered it was more than 25 bitcoin, but the wallet balance was not more than $200.

I believe the proximity of the actual loses should be house edge * amount wagered if you are not a high roller. Let's say total wagered $150,000 with 1% of the house edge, then you only lost about $1,500. What do you think?

99% winning chance is terrible by the way. You will have to play for a long time with a minimal return. The best strategy still "short term" martingale IMO. Exit after several rolls.
