Hello,

In Electrum, but also in Ledger Live, I'm missing a transaction to my BTC address https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/<snip irrelevant>

I'm seeing all incoming transactions to this address except for the last one. So I'm seeing 6 incoming transactions, but the 7th , <snip irrelevant> BTC https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/<snip irrelevant> is missing.

Anyone got any clue why ?

Thanks!

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Which version of Electrum and Ledger Live do you use? Old versions of Electrum have synchronization problems while another user reported a similar problem with the mobile version of Ledger Live. Even if the transaction was not confirmed, it should be visible.

On Electrum, what is the color of the big circle at the bottom-right corner? Also, which version are you using?

If your Electrum version is older than 3.3, it won't work and you will have to update it on ELECTRUM.ORG (only legit website). If you're using a version higher than 3.3, try changing the Electrum server you are connected to by clicking on the circle -> server -> uncheck "Select server automatically" -> right-click a server and "Use as Server".

Sorry, I should have mentioned the versions. I'm using the latest versions of both electrum (3.3.8 ) and Ledger Live (1.11.0).

The circle on the bottom-right corner of Electrum is green.

What I've tried so far (nothing helped):
- Clear cache of Ledger live
- Reinstall Electrum (and create a new wallet)
- I've also tried the mobile version of Ledger Live, same problem..
- Tried a few other Electrum servers, same issue

Could something be wrong with the transaction..

Very unlikely. I just created a watch-only wallet with your address and the last tx shows up. Try deleting the "blockchain_headers" file from your Electrum folder, running it again and waiting a little bit to sync.

Ha.. I'm getting it now.

By coincidence, 2 separate payments to 2 different BTC addresses belonging to the same xpub were done in the same transaction. So, I was looking for a transaction of <snip irrelevant> BTC which I could not find, but a transaction with the total of both payments is there.

Mystery solved! Thanks for the support.
