So you are really depending on what will be staked in order for you to give out the betting price to a winner. I guess you should have gathered your own funds and risked it if you had a lot of people to participate. If there are fewer people participating, you count it as your own loss.

You should first make arrangement with an escrow before you start this thread, I'm sure that no one will be willing to deposit their BTC into a newbies address when there's no single assurance that they won't be scammed.

If you're able to get someone to escrow your bankroll and make sure that th game will continue till the end and even if you decide to end it they'll still be safe fund with escrow to pay those that participated. I'd like to see how this goes OP.
