<.......> Stop thinking complex things because it will just end to a lot more error, this is enough.
Most important things should be focus on and not to the less important. Basically placing decimal value in between the mBTC and Satoshi probably might lead us to a bigger confusion in the nearest future, I would have suggest we look over to other things that need more attention than those that need none, especially the adoption of Bitcoin.

Like the symbols for US Dollar & cents, the symbols for Bitcoin and Satoshi should be similar. For Bitcoin, currently we have a "B", with two vertical ticks each on the top and the bottom. So for Satoshi also, we can have a "S", with two vertical ticks each on the top and the bottom. The B should be in upper case, while the S should be in lower case.

Satoshis are the smallest unit of a bitcoin. 100,000,000 Satoshi is equal to 1 bitcoin, 1 Satoshi = 0.00000001 bitcoin. In the future (where bitcoin is way more valuable), it would be much easier to use Satoshis as a unit of price, but unlike the BTC logo where it is the bold B with the two slashes, there doesn't seem to be a logo like this for the Satoshis unit. Can we as a community create and settle on a logo for Satoshis and start maybe test using it? It will take a while for it to catch on but it is for the better.

TLDR : Create a logo for Satoshis, the smallest unit of bitcoin, like the BTC logo and start using it.

You have a good point on that.
As bitcoin becomes mainstream and it is proportionated into smallet amounts the need for a logo will rise.
However, I think that it is a little bit early and this logo is going to be developed when the time will come. The community act a lot of fact when actions like this one will make us communicate easier.

Anyway, someone proposed a symbol for sats on Reddit a year ago:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/8xcy81/introducing_a_new_symbol_for_satoshi/

S with cedilla or S with comma?! That's a common letter in Turkish, Romanian and other languages. I think that we can do better than that.

I don`t like it either, satoshi logo needs to look better. I never thought about it before, it`s a nice idea. What sounds better 0.0001 BTC or 10k satoshis? It`s one dollar in bitcoins! But who will make it, and who will use it will be interesting too see, someone needs to start somewhere.
It would be nice we to make some contest here on forum, vote for the best one and spread it everywhere!

thats a good recomendation  .  ive been searching some btc images and logos on the net and i oftenly see "B" logo or symbol but i dont see any satoshi symbol . on the forum or on some devices there were also a symbol "B" for  bitcoin but i dont use them and i think more people also didnt bother to use those symbols because we can easily write the letters "btc" for bitcoin and "sats" for satoshi  . its not really that time consuming though

Satoshis are considered as the smallest unit of Bitcoin, It is calculated as 100,000,000 Satoshi = 1 Bitcoin where 1 Satoshi = 0.00000001 Bitcoin. As it is popularly termed by users, so, it is quite fair to give it a logo as defining identity in the crypto business.

We're probably a little bit too early to be focusing on these things. Not sure if we actually need a symbol for every bitcoin denomination, but if we would, It'd probably make more sense to focus on bits and mbits first. We're probably a long way of seeing things priced in sats.

Anyway, someone proposed a symbol for sats on Reddit a year ago:

I agree there are more important stuffs to consider why waste time on thinking about Sat's Logo?
And just like what you said I also think that there is no need to create a logo for Sats and even Bits people are already aware of the denomination of Bitcoin and newbies could easily search and compute it on the internet.

I don't think we really need a logo for the smallest unit value of bitcoin, satoshi seems like a good name maybe we need a logo for that  Cheesy

It`s nice, reminded me on infinity Symbol ∞, when you look it from the side, just your design is more complicated. Nice one for the first try, I believe that you will try to make few more.

They are not! I don`t have sign for bitcoin on my keyboard too, I don`t know for such keyboard that have crypto signs, but maybe there will be. not maybe for sure there will be such keyboards in near future. It would be interesting, I would buy such keyboard for sure, and many others too.
That is actually a great business idea, when you think about it a little.

I assigned the Bitcoin symbol to my keyboard as key combination shift "menu", like so ₿.

If you are on Linux you can read my own thread here. For other operating systems is just a matter of assigning a key to the unicode Bitcoin character U+20BF. This symbol was added in 2017 to the unicode charts, yes i know the forum can do it with [btc], but the unicode works across all unicode programs, which are nearly all these days.
