I really never understood why Aces are always at the bottom for hilo but not on poker. Considering poker is a lot more popular I would assume that would be the thing people think with when they consider Aces as the big one. However on blackjack Aces are both 1 but also 11 as well, and faces are 10, so ace is both lowest but also highest there as well like the middle ground of both of it.

Hilo might be considered not so easy for some people when they are playing for the first time. I have made the same mistake for example, I got aces and said it will be lower because there is nothing higher than aces in my mind, and I was shocked about the odds as well, not here though, here I think when you get Ace, there is no lower option, I am not sure but I remember it that way, so it blocks that confusion a bit.

We added these indicators to avoid any possible confusion by someone who has never played HILO before. I can't tell you for sure what the reason of having the ace as the lowest card is the standard on HI-LO game though, perhaps someone else around here could

There have been many losses to gambling but do we feel sorry after seeing so much money from losing gambling? I guess janggernaut is just trying to say that big is a relative subject when you are gambling. 5 dollars gambling on 1.1 odds? That is not big, you will not earn much and even if you lose you are not going to lose a lot since you will rarely lose and even if you wager 1 bet per second that is still not going to lose a lot because its pretty easy to play like that.

However when you wager 5 dollars on unlikely odds, that means you are going to lose a ton before you can win once, and if you do it long enough and get unlucky we are talking about 300 dollars per minute (one bet per second) and 18k per hour. Now we don't know how long this person played it for, maybe it was couple minutes, maybe it was hours, but when you say 5 bucks per wager everything is relative on if its big or not.

Just a suggestion : please use a slightly higher fee when processing ETH withdrawals, mine is still unconfirmed on blockchain after more than 8 hours.

it might be bugged because the game is new but did you screenshot it ? send the screenshot to support or on here and see if what can they do , maybe they will refund you  . i play hilo too on thier site but i only experience a slowness while this slowness does not show up when i switch on playing  dice  .

This would be great if accompanied by a screenshot.  If your current card is Ace or other card and you choose higher, and Ace appear, it surely is a loss because when you hit the lowest or highest card, the choices will always be higher or the same for ACE, and lower or the same for King.

And ACE is not higher than KING instead it is the lowest card. So I think it is not bugged.

Nope, they processed it automatically I guess as it was istantly on blockchain : the issue was due to the low gas fee they chose so that it took around 12 hours to get confirmed.

Probably adding an options to choose which fee to process the withdrawal will be something great so players are able to choose which speed to process their withdrawal. It is not common feature as not many sites has this feature but I think it will be good feature in order to avoid complain from users because of the long waited confirmation on blockchain.
