I do agree that in the end there could be winners, there is a huge gap between winning big (like a jackpot for example) and making a constant living in a casino. You could just go to a casino, put all of your money on some roulette number and end up winning and just leave and that would basically be enough for a year or something (all depends on how much money you put) hence I think it is quite possible to make a big win from gambling. When you consistently pay up to bigger whales, you attract them easier, they usually do not win neither so what you are giving them is not really that big of a deal at the end. However this place already has rakeback doesn't it? I mean what else do they want?

I believe I know the site you are referring to, but in case of bonuses then I also believe that every site has their own budget for it.
